Repair on my F-150 water pump was completed in due time. We were traveling when the problem occurred. The dealership stored my trunk until I was able to return to Georgetown to retrieve it. Service writer is very well informed and worked with foreman to make sure my vehicle went to the correct technician. Shop foreman is also very knowledgeable on troubleshooting vehicle problems.
