Shay in the Quick Lane is THE BEST! !! Shay understood my concerns regarding being left without a vehicle for several days and ensured a loaner vehicle was available. Shay also address !! I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Shay and his customer service. Cowboy is also pretty awesome. Cowboy was able to get my vehicle fit in (within a week instead of having to wait until January 2025) to fix a seatbelt fault so that I didn't have to continue to drive around in an unsafe situation. He called a few days after I picked my vehicle up from the shop to check and make sure my vehicle was fixed and running as expected. Great customer service as well. More

Unfortunately, I've had to take my car in twice within a span of a month. Both times, Robert Gonzalez took care of me and made sure my car was done in a timely fashion. Before I even opened the doors to the dealership Nicole greeted me with her warm smile, and was ready to hel I purchased a 2024 Ford Bronco Big Bend.
