Just purchased a 2025 Explorer. I filled out the initial "SurveyMonkey" survey and responded with all "5"s because I don't want to penalize my sales person. Nicole did a great job of going over how the vehicle works and demonstrated same on highway drive. Now for the real less than '5" comments. Car was sent out of detail for delivery and had to go back to remove a white paint overspray or wax on the cargo rail. Easily seen, should have been corrected prior to us seeing it. Inside cleaning missed numerous smears on the back of the front row seats. Plastic cap that covers the 2nd row seat attachment was in the cargo area instead of installed where it should have been. (Took us about 2 minutes to find where it belonged and snap it in place.) Car was delivered with 52-53 pounds of air in the 4 tires. Should have been 33 and the tire reads max pressure of 50 psi. Sales manager said it was an oversight from the manufacturing process (i.e. someone missed it at the factory, but I wonder how many others have been missed as well.) Alex, new car sales manager sent tech to our house to correct the tire pressure within an hour of my call. Something I could have done but refused to do so. I chose this dealership in part because I have been very pleased with the Robert G in their service department for my F-150. More

I will start by saying that I am very happy with how my buying experience went with Gus B. and the team at Mac Haik. My recent car dealership experiences have been less-than satisfying, even when shopping for higher end vehicles where you would expect the salespeople to provide some additional care. Instead of running into deceptive sales practices and attempts to get me to spend money on things I didn't want, instead I found people who made an extra effort to get me the exact vehicle I wanted and nothing more. Many dealerships include non-negotiable "dealer adds" on Mavericks because they are a low-margin vehicle, meaning the sales price is often 10% higher than advertised, but with Mac Haik I paid exactly what I expected. Even the business manager was an absolute straight shooter and did not pressure me into a high-margin service contract or anything like that. The process was straightforward and painless, and I genuinely could not be happier. I love my new truck and I know who I will be talking to the next time I am looking to buy! More
