My son's used 2021 Ford F150, which we bought with the assurance of passing the Ford Blue Certified Vehicle Inspection, failed to start after just two days of purchasing it. Upon inspection, we discovered damaged engine parts and components held together with ZIP TIES, indicating that the inspection was likely never conducted. This negligence could have jeopardized my son's safety. The dealership's management is clearly lacking, as evidenced by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the Sales Manager Joel, who displayed a complete lack of basic customer service skills and self control. He was interruptive, rude, defensive, and bitter. It makes me wonder if he treats all women customers in a demeaning manner. Jordan, who is the Service Manager, seemed amused by the entire situation, was condescending, and completely dismissive. The vehicle was purchased 6 weeks ago, and we have already made a payment, yet my son has been without it while it sat in Jackson for repairs. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing for my son, and we have no intention of ever purchasing another vehicle from Mac Haik. More

The service trip was all good except I noticed that one of my factory chrome tire valve caps was replaced with a plastic cap. Since we purchased the service plan for our vehicle we didn't receive a co of my factory chrome tire valve caps was replaced with a plastic cap.
