I made the three hour trip and when I arrived Ben had the truck pulled right up front. Everyone at the dealership was kind and helpful and the buying experience was great. I did not realize it was a Roush dealer. They had every Ford truck imaginable and plenty of them! Ben and the team took care of us and we got the truck we wanted. If I find myself in need of another automobile I will definitely visit Mac Haik Ford again. Ben for the win! More

Out of state buyer , overall the sales experience was good. Texts and phone calls was responded to immediately as to be expected when a dealership is trying to make a sale. Only items npt perfect was i did get shipping arrangements made by the dealer and i was disappointed with the shipping arranged. The vehicle got here undamaged BUT i bought a truck with a sticker of almost 140k i would think a purchase this expensive would come via a carrier of high quality. Unfortunately it was not, GRANTED the guy that did deliver it very nice but the trailer was extremely undersized. To the point i had to assist in getting it off the trailer as there was 0 clearance to back off without damaging the wheels. They literally had about a quarter of an inch clearance between from the wheels being scraped along the side. The trailer itself was in very rough shape and had damage to it extensively from what appeared to be a wreck. There's absolutely no way anyone would have been happy. You would expect a used vehicle that you spent fifteen thousand dollars on to be delivered in the this kind of outfit. AGAIN the driver was nice and My purchased vehicle got here and did not have damage. But it's just to me when you buy a vehicle of this caliber of this price you would expect it to be delivered in a manner of top quality and caliber. Im in appreciation that the dealer was willing to ship but for 2k That I paid i expect better than a dollar general shipping outfit to bring it. Other than that, I did have a hang up on the check being mailed out to my state's DMV office. So I could get my license plate, during the course of that I text my sales person and never got a response. So I had to deal with the sales center's lady in charge of titles to get assistance. She emailed me a new temporary tag to use while we were waiting for the check to finally be delivered. A full week after I had purchased the truck. Some may say I'm just an over picky person. But mega high dollar vehicles demand HIGH service and logistics. I would rate this experience a B- **** My wife wanted me to be sure I put this. When we got the truck, Much to my surprise had a engine malfunction Light immediately , battery charging system light came on. Called my local ford store had a service appointment set up for the following monday. I went out the night after the truck was delivered Went to pop the hood had a completely dead Battery. Done a little investigating and after ten minutes of looking around , found a supplemental cord going to the fuse box frpm the battery that had not been tightened down at all. Got it tightened down correctly. Battery function light went away and haven't had a single problem since. While this did upset me. My wife was even more upset at the fact of what this truck cost. She said the dealership should have went over it with a fine tooth comb before they delivered it. And in retrospect I do agree. More
