The service on the car was great quality however the service advisor, Neeko Smith was very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. To be honest when we first brought the car in I thought this was going service advisor, Neeko Smith was very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. To be honest when we first brought the car in I thought this was going to be an amazing experience bc he seemed so nice and helpful. The 1st red flag was when he called me to tell me the keys wouldn’t program and they would have to complete a diagnostic test to find out what was wrong with the car. I immediately said we have Maxcare extended warranty so hopefully this will cover it. He said no it won’t so therefore He will not be filing a claim for me. I was stunned that he was telling me what he was not going to file the claim. The 2nd red flag was when I called several times to find out the status of the car and he told me in so many words that I was calling too much. He stated that his customers don’t call and check on their cars he calls them when needed. He even brought up a situation with another customer referring to her calling too much. The 3rd & final red flag was when I called him to ask him if he could file a claim and he told me no! He said he was doing me a favor by not filing a claim. He also stated that he hated that he got involved with assisting me with my car. At this point I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. My husband and I immediately began reaching out to the service manager. As told to the service manager, Jesse Martin, Neeko’s customer service was horrible and no customer should ever have to experience this. Mr Martin seems to be a great asset to your team! He went over and beyond trying to correct the situation and we greatly appreciate his time and effort!!!! More
