Need to make sure appointments are not told it will take 2.5 hrs. to complete an oil change. My appointment was at 7 a.m. and I was waiting in-line at 6:45 before y'all opened. I had planned to stay their but after hearing the wait time I had to arrange for a ride. They did end up getting the truck complete in 30-45 minutes, but I had already left. They did apologize for what I was told when calling to tell me it was ready, and that appointment should not take 2.5 hrs for this service. I will make another appointment for my next oil change to see if anything changes. More

I quickly stumbled upon this dealership on Car Gurus, and found the exact car I wanted. I called and spoke to Joel, informed him of what my offer was what my trade in was and that I’d have to drive from Florida. Before the end of the day he got back to me and said it’s a deal. This was a Monday and wasn’t able to leave Florida till Friday, and get to Mississippi till Saturday. Joel pulled the car from the inventory, got all the service bulletins and recalls done detailed the car even gave it a full charge for me to have a safe ride back home. But the star of the show and the biggest reason for my 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review was Matt in finance I can’t rave enough about this guy. I was afraid I would get to Mississippi and the numbers would change as they usually do in the finance office, but nope Matt assured me the numbers would remain the same and that I’d be in and out in no more than 45 minutes. He worked two deals practically simultaneously just to keep his word. When we got back to Florida the car had a little hiccup on the title that was no fault of the dealership, but of the prior owner and Matt stepped out of his role to ensure the issue was resolved ensuring I had a temp tag free of charge till all systems where a go. But the moment he really came through was when my tax office in Florida made a mistake, and didn’t credit me for my trade I was short $1300. I was furious and had no idea that it was the tax collector making the error they assured me the dealership had collected the wrong amount for taxes. 🚩🚩I spoke to Joseph the sales manager who was the rudest most unprofessional sorry excuse for a leader, he took no time to look into the file told me “pay your taxes that’s not profit so I don’t care I’m not paying them for you, I had you sign a paper that said you’re responsible and I don’t care what kind of review you leave” then hung up on me. 🚩🚩 I then reached out to Matt, in a very rude manner he took no offense quickly opened up the file and in 60 seconds resolved the issue printed out the bill of sale highlighting the tax collectors error and emailing it to me so I could show the clerk. And that right there is what you call customer service. Thank you Matt you have a client in me for life even if it’s 800 miles away I will drive for your honesty your humbleness and your customer service you should be in that leadership role, not this Joseph guy who has no problem solving skills and definitely should not be allowed to even speak to a client with his attitude issues.
