From the moment I chose the vehicle I wanted at Mac Haik, every single interaction with a Mac Haik employee has been a hyper aggressive sales pitch. And that's what bringing my car in for service feels like. After my first service experience I was kind of dreading this one because of the inevitable sales pitch I felt was coming. Those fears were quickly realized. Frankly, whether my next service issue is under warranty or not, I'm going to take my vehicle somewhere else. Even if it means having to pay for service that would be otherwise free at Mac Haik, that's just preferable at this point. Finally to be clear, my belief is that employees are simply doing what they are trained to do, and that clearly seems to be pushing, selling, upcharging, etc. More
