I have had very good experiences from the sales team to the finance team and service. I have had other new cars with warranty issues and all I ever got was we cant find the issue and they charged me for it the finance team and service. Here, they not only took the time to find the problem but they did actually fix it and did not charge me anything! That is true warranty service. I am happy with them and compared to other dealerships they truly do have superb service. Yes, the service guys need customer service training but over all this is a great dealership and I have dealt with many. None compare so far to this one. I have owned Land Rover and never was treated properly and had to pay for everything even in warranty. I have had new Mazda's and had nightmare experiences with EVERY Mazda dealership but one and the car was a lemon yet they did want to fix a thing under warranty. So this dealership is a delight to deal with. I am not thrilled my new car has warranty issues but that is not the dealerships fault, that's on the manufacturer but it is the dealership that is to fix that and they did in fact do that and it was so easy. It was a relief to deal with them. More

So far service has been subpar. I have to go back a third time to fix an issue. The issue was not present on the first day of drop off.
