Service center and. body shop need.to.consider the customer's interest as well. I had a message for software update and then.later anothe message,that service was due. I.booked an appointment and On arriving at the service center I informed the center about reverse light problem and pending software update . I was expecting all these jobs to be consolidate , But only oil was changed at a fee, That was the second service after purchasing my car from same.dealer. Not encouraging. The var sales team.is excellent but after sales activities leave much gap to be addressed. More

First let me start with the good things. I was glad a tow truck was called and when all the way to my house to get the truck. Toni called to when he got the truck at the dealership and told me he would call me the next morning with a diagnosis. For a new car and to have a battery problem to me was just weird. The fact that the battery was only charged and not completely replace was not okay to me. I had to call to get an update on the status of the vehicle several times because I didn’t received a call with the updates. The gas that was wasted was not replaced which again I was not okay with that. More
