The service dept is simply amazing. They are very knowledgeable when servicing my truck. Shane Ryder is my favorite service dept employee, he always goes above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle is safe for me to drive .Shane takes care of me from the initial phone conversation when I make my appointment and follows up until I bring my truck in and once I’m there, he follows up by communicating what the issues are and what is our plan to get the work done,. Happy Birthday to me, he had my truck washed before I left and gave me Birthday wishes! I left completely happy and satisfied on all levels! Thanks Shane and the service dept team at Mac Haik, I will never take my truck anywhere else♥️ More
