I turned my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado with 12k miles into the dealer due to a engine light coming on. I was told it was codes for misfiring and they would need to keep it a few days to troubleshoot the probl the dealer due to a engine light coming on. Ok, they did not have a loaner available and offered to rent a car from Enterprise across the street for me, ok, that’s nice. They say they reserve a midsize Volkswagen car for me. I get there and all they have is a Chevrolet Spark, one of the smallest cars I’ve ever seen. The problem is, I’m with my 3 year old Son. It was xxxx trying to get him in that car safely. It has now been a week and three days since I have turned my truck in and I have not heard one word from the Dealer. I cannot drive my Son around in this rental and I missing many activities with him. More
