There was no pressure at any point which was important to me so I could focus on the things which were important. Everyone was straight forward, pleasant and patient. One of the biggest worries about getting an oil change is, will it be ready on time. So many places say within certain time and they always go over. Not at Mac Haik, every time I take my vehicle's they al is, will it be ready on time. So many places say within certain time and they always go over. Not at Mac Haik, every time I take my vehicle's they always have it ready way before the allowed time, they also don’t beat you up with “recommendation or over selling”. From Jim Cox in service to all the guy’s in the Lube Center, you will not be disappointed when either getting service or just getting an Oil Change. I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from them and recommend all my friends and clients to them. If you’re purchasing a car talk to Jason Chan in Sales and if you need service talk to Jim Cox.
