In the last year I bought two cars from Mac Haik. A Ford Bronco Sport in August 2021 and a Silverado 2500 HD in Jume 2022. Best part of the experience was the sales people. They did not played the A Ford Bronco Sport in August 2021 and a Silverado 2500 HD in Jume 2022. Best part of the experience was the sales people. They did not played the game of sales that kept you working on the price like other dealers and then telling you of a sales markup due to “chip shortages”. In both experiences I was there for about 2-3 hours out the door. You still could negotiate several items or take off things you didn’t want. Worse experiences were with Hyundai dealers who show the msrp and then once you are there tell you about price adjustments due to “market” and all this xxxxxxxx “add-ins” that can be $4k or $8k on top of the MSRP. If you want to buy a car without feeling being played and treated well during the process go to Mac Haik. Be for a Chevrolet or a Ford in their Katy Dealers. More
