I was told this before but could never get a hold a someone to talk to. Everyone passes the buck and takes no accountability or responsibility. This the worst company I dealt with. No kind of customer service. When someone is nice about handling a situation, your employees are very cocky and rude. Why does it have to take someone to get ticked off before anything can be done? Maybe if you all treated your customers right, you would get better reviews.

Thank you for your response in which you stated that my buying experience was not up to your “…dedication to customer satisfaction.” Clearly, I am a very dissatisfied customer. If your statement is sincere, I find it odd that you would not have tried to contact me to get to the bottom of a bad sales experience. Surely, my contact information is still on file with your sales department. As the problems surrounding the purchase digressed over the last months, I did reach out to you on two occasions through your website email. Both times I detailed the problems I was having with Mac Haik personnel and requested your help for a resolution. I did not get a response from you directly as a result of either of my attempts. I can only assume that rather dealing with the matter yourself, you chose to delegate the problem back to the same people who were the cause of the problem. If you are sincere about providing a remedy for the problems created by your employees, I would rather you ask the Mac Haik personnel (A. J. Black, Mike Artinian, Faraun Pruitt) for their notes about this transaction prior to your having a conversation with me. Once you have this information, both of us will be in a better position to discuss the matter in more depth. Feel free to call sometime during the next week, but please do not leave me hanging as others at your dealership have done in the past. Until an acceptable remedy is provided, my opinion of Mac Haik Chevrolet stands. **************************************************************** 1/4/21 It's over three weeks later and I have heard nothing from MacHaik Chevrolet. For some reason I thought that the General Manager's public claim of being "...dedicated to customer satisfaction" may have been genuine and that he was reaching out to correct the errors of his staff. With absolutely no attempt on the part of Josh Potts to contact a clearly dissatisfied customer of his dealership it must be clear to all who read this review that his response was nothing more than window dressing. It's now obvious that a policy of deception and broken promises is systemic at Mac Haik Chevrolet and it starts at the top. My recommendation to anyone considering a purchase at Mac Haik Chevrolet is that you avoid this dealership at all costs.
