First, let me say that the sales representative, Kaila Andrade, was absolutely amazing. She was sweet, calm, and not pushy at all—exactly the kind of salesperson you want when making such an important pur Andrade, was absolutely amazing. They seemed uninterested in engaging with customers and avoided communication entirely, even when walking by me. This lack of courtesy was disappointing and gave the impression that they didn’t value customer interaction. To make matters worse, the vehicle I purchased wasn’t even fully ready. I had to bring it back for additional cleaning and a full inspection, which took an entire day (from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.). This was incredibly inconvenient and should have been handled before the car was handed over. Finally, the individual who went over the paperwork was unprofessional and rude, his name is Hector Sanchez. When I politely mentioned that his attitude might be reflected in my review, he suddenly tried to act friendly, but the damage was already done. I mentioned I wasn’t interested in the products he was selling and he’s response was “I don’t care if you are or not, I’m still going to offer it to you, the more you tell me you don’t want to hear about it, the more I’m going to talk about it, I’m in the business of selling and making money” YES! That was his response! While I appreciate the wonderful service provided by the saleswoman, the overall experience was disappointing due to the poor behavior of the management team and lack of preparedness with the vehicle. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service in the future. More

Great experience - we visited with several different difficult dealerships throughout the day with less than favorable outcomes. This will be my last trip to Mac Haik. It took a week to do simple repairs. That was after making an appointment and being told that I should make another appointment for faster service. Only 2 out of 3 necessary repairs were even completed because they still didn't have differential fluid in (after a week) that was needed to complete the third. There was very little communication. I finally had to pick up my car, so they told me to come after it could be washed. I pulled away from the dealership, and a huge pile of snow fell from the roof onto the hood. Even a simple wash proved too much. The cost was 3 times more than another shop I went to plus they charged a 1% credit card fee. They told me that I could pay in cash to avoid it. Too bad I don't carry thousands of dollars on me. Some notice would have been nice. More
