Yes , I would like to S/O Alberto Perez he went above & beyond to give me a better experience due to how I was treated poorly at the other dealership. I was about to talk to him about what's going on and m beyond to give me a better experience due to how I was treated poorly at the other dealership. I was about to talk to him about what's going on and make sure everything would be covered without hesitation he made sure it got done. He also assisted me with getting a rental but wasn't able to on my end. He made sure my fiancé got to and from work by ubering him etc. & our whole encounter was over the phone didn't get to see him in person but I wish I did. Keep being awesome Mr.Perez we need more people like you in the car industry ♥️ More

My c8 had a catastrophic transmission failure and Chevy corporate refused to honor the 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty even after the problem was clearly identified as a problem that was part of a Chevy I corporate refused to honor the 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty even after the problem was clearly identified as a problem that was part of a Chevy Informational bulletin requesting full replacement no charge. Mac Haik took care of business and my car no questions asked. Full transmission replacement. The showroom C8 was also kept inside treated with respect which was also appreciated. Nice job.
