The dealership itself is fantastic, very professional, used to be a Mercedes dealership. Despite having awful credit, the deal still got done on my terms and never felt pressured at all. Maudie in particular was the best, she was super friendly, personable and I'm glad I bought with her. Sales here is laid back and I love it. If you're in the market, don't go anywhere else, and get with Maudie. More

Dishonest!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Bought a Mercedes from them and the next day after I took it home I got a flat on my way to enjoy my weekend in Dallas! Went VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Bought a Mercedes from them and the next day after I took it home I got a flat on my way to enjoy my weekend in Dallas! Went the next day for them to check out the rest of the tires and they told me everything was good, well no it was not! The next weekend I was also on my way out to enjoy my day and the same thing happened but with a different tire! If they said they had checked the tires for me and everything was good then it should not have happened again! Took it to discount tires and they said the front tires had a separation and where no good for a passing inspection! Why would you not fix the stinking problem in the first place! Best believe that every person who asks where I bought the car will hear nothing but bad from this dealership! More

They offer great prices on trades and car prices are decent. If you don't know what you want....don't go...you will fall into their car sales traps. They will want all your info, trade info, loan balances, drivers license (be sure to get back at every step) first....before ever looking at a car. Don't allow it...just tell em you wanna see car. Whole process took about 3-4 hrs....kinda ridiculous in these high tech times. Especially when negotiation took 15 min. Financing: strangely I walked out with NO paperwork...they said they would mail to me. Went back next day and got it...just an oddity. Again-bottom line is I got a great deal on car and trade-so I recommend. Just do your research! Brian (new guy) was GREAT!! More

Overpriced used car...pushy salesperson...ancient IT equip. So I was looking for a used car for my son. A "point-A-to-point-B" car. The first time I called to reserve a car - they said they would not hold the car (even with a deposit) - that was the first red flag; then we just showed up at the dealer to look at a Mazda. We were told we had to sign a form, just to prove we were serious. (I mean - we were there, right?) Red flag #2. When we went out to look at the car - it was a Kia - not a mazda, which was not a show stopper - but still. The vehicle was going to need financing above and beyond the money we had and was going to require me to co-sign. I reluctantly agreed. The sales staff don't even have local printers - so we installed Firefox on the employees desktop - fired up private browsing mode and I fired off my paystubs to the printer - which failed to print - or keep the jobs! At this point it was late and I was tired of the "wait just 5 minutes" thing. Went back to my inbox and found a response to my email - from a sales person working in a tiny auto sales company (Auto Avenue II) and I said I was very serious - would they hold said vehicle and let me have first swing? "Yes, no problem; if you are serious - let's setup an appointment..." Next day, we went back to the dealer and told the salesperson - three times - we were not buying the car and that was a solid no. "You won't let me beat the deal?" the salesman asked plaintively?" - No; we just need to get our cash back and get out of your hair. "What about building your sons credit?" Now I was getting steamed, I had already indicated that we were done and although I appreciate the idea of saving the deal - the deal was off and we had clearly communicated that to the salesperson. Buyer beware. This dealership will overprice the low-end cars. More
RIP OFF USED CAR LOT RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. For more than 60 days, they have advertised a 2003 Mazda for sale for $1600.00. I called and spoke with RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. For more than 60 days, they have advertised a 2003 Mazda for sale for $1600.00. I called and spoke with Bradley. He assured me it was a clean 1 owner. I told him he better check the Carfax report, it was a 3 owner. I asked why it had been there so long...he said because it was a stickshift. I sent my daughter there, a 1 hour drive each direction, and Bradley tries to sell her vehicles for $3000 and $4000 stating that he "just found out that the $1600 is not working. CAN YOU SMELL FRAUD.
