Great guy, no pushy sales pitch but a thorough explanation of the vehicle I was interested in, an in depth test drive and back to the dealership. I figured here we go with the sales games (based on previous experience with other vehicle purchases at other dealerships) but was presented with the price we talked about with no surprise's. Went in to finance, another good experience with Nelson Montero, also very personable and not rushed but went smoothly through the paperwork and back out to Chef Rick, who escorted us to the vehicle, going through all vehicle systems again and more of our questions and again felt comfortable and not rushed, and also confident knowing it was a Jeep Certified vehicle, Carfax information and previous services. Excellent Service Department Crew !!!! We had to take our 2017 Jeep Renegade in for service on 7 different occasions. But, each and every time, Miguel, Levi and Doyle took great care of us We had to take our 2017 Jeep Renegade in for service on 7 different occasions. But, each and every time, Miguel, Levi and Doyle took great care of us ! They got to know us by our first names, and we all joked about our Jeep Renegade being possessed ! Unfortunately, it turned out to be a lemon 🍋! But, they knew we weren't crazy saying what we we're saying about this Jeep 🚙! Chrysler FCA & STAR could use these guys on their team !! The all acted like true professionals each and every single visit ! And all deserve a promotion and raise at the very least.
