An Angel named Ryan in the service department is truly a blessing. I'm a travel Nurse and I have been trying to get in somewhere to get an oil change for almost 2 weeks with no luck. I called the dealership in Salinas and explained my situation that I am not from this area, commute pretty far, and there's a high risk of my car breaking down If I don't get an oil change due to the time restraints of the initial oil change alert. Even though there was no availability, Ryan went above and beyond and made it possible for me to get my oil change. He was truly pleasant, professional, hospitable and passionate about what he does and I am grateful for his kindness and hospitality. Thanks to Ryan, my next car purchase this year will be at the dealership he represents in Salinas California. Thank you again Sir for going above and beyond..... Lakeisha Garibay More
I need to share my experience at My Jeep Chrysler Dodge, Salinas CA 93907. I Bought my 2017 2500 Diesel Laramie Crew Cab with Extended Warrantee at My Dodge, Salinas. In my opinion the service department ha Salinas CA 93907. I Bought my 2017 2500 Diesel Laramie Crew Cab with Extended Warrantee at My Dodge, Salinas. In my opinion the service department has shown unacceptable policies as managed by Don Correll. 1. I had an AC failure in the summer SoCal desert (HOT). I added Freon and upon return to Monterey took the truck to My Dodge, Salinas to have the leak repaired or Warrantee reimbursement. Was charged $175 for "It's OK" no repair, no warrantee? I suppose when this reoccurs (No repair was done), I will have to ensure that it occurs in the local Monterey area or cancel my family wedding plans to take care of it. 2. My Dodge mechanic reported "striped Fuel Filter Housing". I bought the truck new; the truck has never seen another service dept. I was required to pay for repair personally. I am guessing factory assembly fault or substandard service last time. Warrantee? A striped fitting does not happen driving down the highway, wear and tear etc. In what universe does this make me responsible for any repair. 3.Bought tires at this dealership; tire rotations free. Service order said free. The bill I paid said $20. How can it be? Spent at least 45 Minutes getting refunded; Duh. 4.Bought diesel Fuel at 76. I did not notice the station fuel changed to 100% Bio. I noticed my manual said no more than 20%? bio. I Asked the dealer; the response was, "don't know if it is OK. We will call you when we hear something.” I am still "Waiting by the phone before I buy my next gas. I do not want my warrantee voided because I did not wait by the phone long enough?” LOL, what warrantee? Please note that this dealer is not a "Better Business Bureau" member. Please refer to "The Most Dependable Vehicles In 2020, According To J.D. Power" for Chrysler product service rating (up one from last). Coincidence? I think not. If you think you might enjoy this treatment yourself, this is your chance; they excel at it. In my optimism, no mechanic other than My Dodge has touched my truck except for smog; this will NOT be the case going forward. Another RAM? not looking good. Best wishes and good luck. More
Be Warned! I would suggest not going with Delilah from MY Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM if you need help with any vehicle sales. I was torn on whether or not to write this as my experience has been wishy washy wit Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM if you need help with any vehicle sales. I was torn on whether or not to write this as my experience has been wishy washy with her and I really just wanted my car given my bad experience with Turlock. Long story short, if you enjoy constantly asking the same question and getting the same answer of I’ll look into it shortly and get back with you, Delilah is your person to see. So many times (I have plenty of proof), I’ve had to ask the same question multiple times before getting an answer. Need something quick? Don’t expect that from Delilah. She may say she will, but it always takes time with her… sometimes a week or longer. Want someone running your credit without your permission? MY Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is your place for that as well. But… don’t ask Delilah for an apology on behalf of the dealer. She might get mad, tell you you’re yelling at her, and immediately jump to saying not her fault, she’s not apologizing for something she didn’t do…. It’s called customer service 101. Oh… she also told me that she wasn’t going to sell me the car in her rant. Want to not get a fast one pulled on you the last second of the deal? Delilah is the one for that too. I got a text the night my Redeye arrived saying my payment was going to be $50/month cheaper. Mind you from day one we discussed never putting money down on my lease outside of start-ups. When I was given the breakdown for the lease, it included a $1325 security deposit. I verified the night before this would be waved, bringing my total due at signing down to $1775. Well, when she said this $50/month cheaper payment, her and her finance manager left my due at signing at $3,100 (which didn’t include the waved security deposit!). After questioning this with the lady signing the paperwork, she brought Delilah in. Initially Delilah tried to spew out a bunch of numbers to get me confused, but I’ve done so many lease deals that I remained calm and explained that the $3,100 she quoted INCLUDED the security deposit, but that was waved based on my credit (795.14 (Advanced Payment / first months payment) + 32.04 (Total Cap Reduction) + 947.82 (Upfront Charges) +1325 (Security Deposit) = $3100). Take away that deposit and we get back to my $1775 due at signing that I agreed on…. Not me putting down $1325 cash to make up for no security deposit. I told Delilah I wanted this screwup in writing once the dealer refused to do anything for me (not even meet me halfway for their screw up). Delilah waited until my wife and I were outside to say she’d write up an email stating their screw-up for me to give to FCA. She even said in the past 8 days that she was still working on this e-mail. I was just told that she can’t write this email and that “Yes. We did nothing wrong intentionally it was a miscommunication and clerical error. I am not authorized to make a statement on behalf of my dealership or on behalf of the manufacture.” That in itself is the proof I needed 😂. Oh… the ONLY thing I asked Delilah to do was clean the inside of the car. Nope. 3 hours the next day detailing the inside from how dirty it was. Plus, they never removed the pink splitter during their PDI check-in. One last comment. I’ve sent a total of 14 people her way or raved about her to show my appreciation (early-on) in hopes of building a good relationship with a local dealer. I’m not 100% certain, but of these 14, at least 8 ppl messaged me saying they went elsewhere b/c Delilah never got back with them. They were all TRX, Hellcat Durango’s, Redeye’s, and Hellcats. I wonder if her owner would be happy to know they lost out on those sales? Want to know how happy Delilah was that I sent these people her way? Not a single thank you (again, have proof)! More
