I purchased a mini in Florida and drove it to St. Louis to surprise my wife. I had an oil light go on, so I take it to the mini dealership. Holy crap it was 3 quarts low.. When I asked how much I owed them they said zero. They do this as a service. How else may I help you!!!??? Are you kidding me? I then received the best advice from an advisor. He looked at my key and pulled up information of the vehicle and gave me prices of the recommended service and said he would gladly give my wife a loaner vehicle. I AM BESIDE MYSELF!!!!
