Everyone I've ever interacted w/ there is uniformly committed to providing the clearest, most transparent information re: service priorities re: my car, e.g., what I need to address first, and what I can wait to address later. I don't know how other car dealerships operate. Before owning my MINI, I serviced my Hondas at local garages. However, I have walked into massive regional dealerships that sell multiple makes and models. MINI of STL is a world apart from those impersonal, sales-driven superstores. At MINI, everything is calm, relaxed, and tailored toward customer satisfaction.
