Dropped car off on Wednesday AM as scheduled. No loaner available. We had to go to rental car. Expected a 2-day process but by noon on Friday we had received no status call. My car leaked a significant amount of oil onto our driveway after I brought it back from you guys. It has never done that before. We just moved to our current location.. I had just recently replaced t driveway after I brought it back from you guys. It has never done that before. We just moved to our current location.. I had just recently replaced the crankshaft seal in January of this year. And My car has never leaked any oil onto our new driveway. My car didn't have any oil leaks before I took it to get service with you guys. This isn't right. More

This was my first service experience for my new Mini, and I couldn’t have been happier. All the service staff were professional, I was in and out quickly for both drop off and pick up, and I loved the video I couldn’t have been happier.
