Peter Hisey was the first person I spoke with when I phoned the dealership and it was my conversation with him that made me decide to go in. From that point on, it was the best car-buying experience I'v phoned the dealership and it was my conversation with him that made me decide to go in. From that point on, it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I kept expecting to get the hard sell or to have something go wrong. It never did. From his responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge of the cars and the process, all the way through to working with me on pricing, terms and post-sale follow up, Peter is a class act. It was great working with Peter to get our new Mini Coupe. He's a great Motoring Adviser, low key and knowledgeable. We didn't need to be 'sold' and he didn't try to 'sell'. The MINI buying experience was great at this dealer. Bradley was a pleasure to wrok with. There was no "sales" pressure and there was good communication during the waiting process.
