Could have been GREAT....if the only honored their ad! This was my second Mini purchase...my pervious one being 10 year prior and at the old location/owners. Now that....was an incredible purchase! I still have the mini key chain that they gave to us. While this one started out ok...we came with our own financing and the trade of my old Mini, things moved slowly even though I specially came for the car they advertised. It had listed EVERYTHING it had and was a color I LOVED.....now I did not have to order one and wait 5. They advertised that it came supplied with a wind screen deflector only to find out after 4 hours at the delarship and hour ride home...it was not in the car. I notified them immediately the next day and they said...Sorry! Used car (Less than a year with 4800 miles) and though Sh***! I pointed out that their ad specially stated it had it and the salesman acknowledged it...even stated that he would mail it to us after approval from the Sales Manager. Well, you guessed it...NO, NADA, NOTHING! They will not honor their ad like any good place would. No nice keychain either! BEWARE and make sure everything is in the care before you leave the dealership!!! I will drive to Mini of Seattle before we take our business there again!! More
