I purchased a 2024 Mini Cooper SE from this dealership in April, and it was mostly a positive experience. The salesperson who contacted me, Zack Ruhs, was pleasant, polite, and efficient. Despite the rainy day out there, he did whatever was possible to communicate the vehicle's condition to me (this was a pre-owned certified Mini and a remote purchase). Everything went quite well, and we negotiated a reasonable price in a matter of a couple of hours, and Zack got the ball rolling. The car arrived s planned in perfect shape, exactly as Zack had described it. I ended up communicating with Roger Button, the GM of the dealership, for an after-sales situation that Zack was not able to get results on, and Roger was extremely nice and professional and handled everything to my satisfaction. The only reason I am not scoring this as a 5-star experience is that, towards the end, Zack was slow to get results, mainly because his direct manager (whose name I forgot) was not working with him to take care of my request, and hence the reason I reached out to Roger directly myself.
