MINI of Portland

I’ve had 3 Mini’s, so I’m no stranger to your dealership. However, the last time I was in for service, I needed a loaner car, so I had interaction with 4 different people, all of them EXCEPTIONA dealership. However, the last time I was in for service, I needed a loaner car, so I had interaction with 4 different people, all of them EXCEPTIONAL!!! Darrel was wonderful getting me all set up, and Shiloh and then Jonah both helped me with understanding and getting comfortable with all the newest gadgets/technology on my 2025 loaner car! Both were very patient, thorough and not in a hurry to move on to the next customer, letting me know I could call them if I had any other questions or problems. When I came in to pick up my car on Saturday, Andre was Awesome!!He took such great care of me! Again, 5 stars for these tremendously helpful people!! Thank you!! Debi Wakeling More
