MINI of Nashvil I recently bought a CPO 2014 Mini Cooper, in the past 6 months, I have had a few things here and there pop up that needed to be fixed. MINI of Nashville is over an hour from home, but I will continue to take my car there. Their employees are spot on when taking care of you, making sure all your needs are met. They even do a complimentary wash, retrieve the car from the lot for you, supply you with a loaner vehicle if needed, and always make sure all your MINI needs are met. Certainly an A+ dealer and most definitely an A+ service center. More

Coolant Leak Repair on a 2011 Mini Clubman S Debbie was our Service Advisor. She did a great job walking us through the repair service and allowing us to meet the service tech and show us the sou Debbie was our Service Advisor. The JOYS of buying as used Mini Cooper S I recently bought (private purchase) a used 2007 Mini Cooper S with only 36,000 miles. I was thrilled as the car was in beautiful condition and I alw I recently bought (private purchase) a used 2007 Mini Cooper S with only 36,000 miles. I was thrilled as the car was in beautiful condition and I always loved the MINI. I made my appointment with MINI of Nashville for an oil change and to have them go over the car with me as I was only the second owner and the previous owner was also a MINI of Nashville customer. Imagine my surprise when Carlos called me to tell me that I needed a lot of work - including brakes, tires (which I can wait on thank goodness), turbo seals, oil leaks, water pump and seals, and the list went on and on and on. Ouch! Still, the car was worth putting the HEFTY amount into as Carlos assured me that it was indeed in great shape and that after 11 years of life, these original seals and gaskets, etc. (which were still the factory seals!) were not uncommon to replace. He was able to give me 20% discount from the previous month (thank you again, Carlos!) which saved me about $600 (do the math). I am submitting this review because not only is my MINI back in tip top shape - and I plan on driving it for many, many years to come - but also the quality and level of service that Carlos and the folks at MINI of Nashville. I highly recommend them. They are honest, have no intention of making you purchase services you do not need, and truly have a heart. Well done! More

I found the car that I was interested in on their website and contacted them through chat to see if the car was available. When they stated that it was, I told them that I might come to look at it that afternoon. Within 10 minutes, someone called me from the dealership to see if I would like to come in for a test drive. Since I live an hour away from the dealership, it was a pleasant surprise to see that they had "reserved" the car for me. Tim, Cody and Michelle were all great at helping me. The paperwork seemed to go pretty fast and I was on my way home with my new baby! More
