Debbie Burdette is a Rock Star Had the mini in for routine service but it turned out to be far from routine. Needed an alignment and new tires in the worst way. I had to travel 2 Had the mini in for routine service but it turned out to be far from routine. Needed an alignment and new tires in the worst way. I had to travel 2 hours to get to the dealership and came in on a Saturday. The new tires were not available till Monday. Debbie got me in a loaner till my mini was fixed up. She walked me through the whole process and kept me up to date on everything. I'm sure Debbie will say she was only doing her job, but I would say she went above and beyond to make a potentially bad experience a very good one. More
