Poor Service dealt with a very inexperienced salesperson. Had kind of smart alec attitude and never valued my trade, left me waiting. I do have F&I and Sales experience, and I did inform the young salesman of that. You might've thought he would've been on his toes. He wasn't and made a very bad impression on me and left the customer in the Box. When I told that I had to go, he offered to have his Sales Manager come and greet me and say hi, she failed to do that and told the salesman " Tell him(meaning me) I can leave", without even coming for a greeting or handshake. A real Piece of Arrogant Work. Mind you, there was only one customer in the store besides me. This PLACE IS HORRIBLE FROM EVERY POINT OF SALESMANSHIP. From every angle, this is a bunch of fellow latinos who put a grim face on my people as they failed being professional, articulate and failed on building a relationship. Oh yea, the kid salesman's name was Jey. Who trained this kid? Boo on you guys and that Sales Manager needs an attitude adjustment. More
