Bought 2018 Dodge Durango RT. The sales person lied to me about the warranty. She said 7 years 100,000 mile warranty. Come to find out it was a 7 year manufacturer warranty. Meani The sales person lied to me about the warranty. She said 7 years 100,000 mile warranty. Come to find out it was a 7 year manufacturer warranty. Meaning I have 2 years remaining. They add fees for flex protection gps $895. which is not required for a cash vehicle. They also add extra $2000 if you don't deal with there bank. Extra $295 for some other gps that's again not required. All in alla the vehicle does rub good outside the fact the backup camera don't work when wet. They add additional fees that's not right and then want to charge you to take the GPS off. Leslie calls me says we will just cancel the deal and you return it. That's not happening. They would still make a profit some how. It's my vehicle now. Just would never deal with this dealership again. More

The dealer lied about the price of the car. 2 days on Thursday, before i go to dealership I contacted a guy name Chris about the car I told him about the car and the price $26000. And today I c 2 days on Thursday, before i go to dealership I contacted a guy name Chris about the car I told him about the car and the price $26000. And today I came with my wife to buy the car and the price change to almost $32000. I saw the car from cargurus.com and in their website the same price $26000. Also I saw the paper on the front window the price of the car still $26k. After they ran my wife credit score and they came the price was a mistake. I gave them my screen shot of the price and the information of the car that they said they denied it. I screen shot the price on Friday around 641 and still there. Today when I see on their website its gone. They just not being honest to us and we are very mad of what happened. THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR US AS CUSTOMER AND WASTING OUR TIME FOR NOTHING. More
