I had the misfortune to visit this den of thieves and bought a Dodge Charger. They kept me waiting 7.5 hours, ran my credit report thru 7 banks (even though I had a pre-qualified check) and when I got t bought a Dodge Charger. They kept me waiting 7.5 hours, ran my credit report thru 7 banks (even though I had a pre-qualified check) and when I got the letters from the banks in the mail it tuned out that they were selling me a car that had a higher loan to value rate. Frank is a complete liar, tried to tell me the Charger was worth $40,000. Stay away from these morally devoid sheisters. I bought another car today from Phil @ Enterprise Car Sales in Wayne, NJ. Totally fantastic experience, great car and purchased for 10% less than the KBB rate and the car had a no haggle price tag on the window (as it should be). Good Job M&M, your sales tactics and thievery just lost you a repeat client. Karma is a real B*xxx! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from M&M, the owner should be ashamed of himself. Now I'll wait for the cookie cutter response! "Please contact us, we are sorry you had a negative experience, we'd like to try to resolve this matter" - yeah right! More

Aweful! Don't Buy Their Dealership Warranty!! DON"T buy into a dealership warranty at M&M. I took my car that was bought there new several times to be fixed and they were unable to resolve the iss DON"T buy into a dealership warranty at M&M. They were also unable to provide me a loaner car while they worked on my car even though a loaner car was part of the dealership warranty. They charged me multiple deductibles for the same issues that they were unable to fix during the prior visits. If you are the person that likes over priced cars that don't work properly and useless warranties than this is your car dealership. More
