Our visit was most pleasant - and that is an amazing statement considering that most previous visits to different car dealerships in the past many years have been less than mediocre! We were met by Mark Kropp who had cars ready for us to view (had called previously) and with absolutely no annoying pressure gave a thorough overview of the cars involved. He was also able to answer questions; displayed integrity; worked with expediency; gave his full attention. After purchase, he continued to go over details of the car's features. The report listed over 2600.00 in service. When I bought the frontier they said that if anything in 75% good they leave it alone. Did not get anything done then. I took my car in for service and tried to use a coupon that M'Lady Nissan sent me. The amount of the coupon was deceptive. When I told Jim M'Lady that the coupon they sent did not represent his company that M'Lady Nissan sent me. The amount of the coupon was deceptive. When I told Jim M'Lady that the coupon they sent did not represent his company in the best light JIM M'LADY (THE OWNER OF M'LADY NISSAN) became EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. He said, "A jillion (by the way not a real number Jim) people have used this coupon and if just one person complains who cares." Then he proceeded to tell me, "We do not need your business so don't come back." Not to worry unprofessional Jim I will NEVER GO TO M'LADY NISSAN. Next time I will do my research and find a reputable car dealership. Shame on you! More

I just bought my Altima from them this evening. Patti sent me a email quote, answered all questions I had through email, then I walked in there tonight. I I picked the one I wanted and we went in. The internet quote I had is what I paid. I went into finance with my check from my bank. My bank had given me 5.49% financing. I met Bryan Murphy in the finance office and he was able to get me 0.9%. I will be telling everyone I know about M'Lady Nissan for months to come. More
I did go to Mlady Nissan to get a feel for the car. I live two minutes away from there. Scott let me drive the car by myself so that I would not feel uncomfortable. Geno worked with us to find a car with the price that we could afford to pay. He answered all of our questions and explained the pricing line for line. I just bought two new cars from Geno, a Altima and Armanda.. They pulled a quick one on me which was my fault but after getting home I reveiwed my contract and saw they took $500 hundred dollars off e Armanda.. I was underwater on one car which was rolled into the lease of the Armanda and the remaing payments on our other car was rolled into the Altima , which I do not have a problem with but no one explained to me how they got there.. Which again is my fault but I did catch it less than 2 hours later.. When I called up my Salesmen (Geno) to complain I was upset and did use the F-word which is wrong but Geno instantly threatened me and told me to come down to the dealership and he would "kick my xxx" .. What a way to be treated after buying two cars from them. I am waiting for a call back from Bryan Murphy but have not received one as of yet PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!!!!!! More
