I was looking for a gas saving small car. I looked at a Toyata,a Chevy and a Ford. At the same size and price point the Versa was the best.When I went to M'Lady I had already done research on line so I had Toyata,a Chevy and a Ford. At the same size and price point the Versa was the best.When I went to M'Lady I had already done research on line so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I wasn't attack by several salemen. As I walked the lot, Robert came up and asked if he could help me. I said "I'm just looking for now". He handed me his card and said I'll be inside if you have any questions. Not all over me, which I do appriciate. I looked at the Versa, test drove it with Robert, discussed options and etc. I think he was a little dissappointed when I didn't do back flips over the car, but I explained the Versa isn't my dream car. He excepted that and only suggested upgrading to the Special Edison. WHich I did. I've had the car for 2 weeks and am very happy with the car. Drive good - rides great. And performs well on the expressway at 80 MPH. My 10 year old granddaughter want to know if I am going to give her the car when she turns 16. (We'll see). The people at the Dealership, RObert, Bob and Tom G. John and Mir were very nice. Friendly, but didn't pretend to be my best friend or life long buddy. Seem to understand this is a business transaction and to me it's not much more. One excpetion was Betty Jo. She's a stitch. had me laughing so hard I thought I'd fall out of the chair. I was in her office for an hour discussing remote starts and etc. when I walked out I could hardly believe we talked for so long. It was so relaxed and comfortable. What else can I say, I like the car it fits my needs perfectly (Although I kept my 4X4 pick up)And the folks at the dealership were great. I would not give a second thought into sending my own daughter to this dealership. More

I cannot believe this dealership gets any good reviews. I was looking at a used car there, and when I called to schedule a test drive I was told it was sold. Oh well, I will keep looking. Then M'Lady called ME and said they could get me into a new car for the price of the used. They sent me a proposal on the car they wanted (still have it and I should insert it), I said yes, filled out the financing on line, SPOKE with the financing guy and made an appointment to pick up the car. I called before I left the house to discuss the insurance, etc. so I could drive the car away. When I got there, well wouldn't you know it THEY JUST SOLD THE CAR. They could get me the same car, for just a little bit more $$. The old bait and switch. We walked out of there. More
Dishonest sales techniques are used here at every level. We were looking at a new Nissan versa. Bob K told us it was $17,035. We asked for the best price and he said $15,035. We called to give a credit card deposit but Bob said we couldn't have that price because we were not recent college grads and veterans. The ad said nothing about that. Bob said we could have it for $13,847. I asked to speak to a manager. Tom, a manager called. He said Bob does not know the prices of cars and that we can have it for $12,347. As we talked he says but to get it for that price we have to finance with Nissan. I asked the interest rate and he said he didn't know. I asked him to confirm the "out the door price" and he said it was $13,944. I asked for a breakdown and he admitted that it included a charge which we had not discussed for etching the windows. What a bunch of crooks. Beware these techniques and the constant "come in and we'll work something out". We will certainly never buy from them. More
Really a great team of individuals to work with. It was great from the start to the very end. Jordan was an awesome salesman and the manager was go go go to make a great deal. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM M'LADY!!! They are dishonest, hide extra charges, don't keep their promises, and when you call to complain, they don't return your calls. Beware: the good reviews that you read are likely from buyers who were duped into writing reviews by M'Lady staff telling them they could be randomly chosen (by them) to win a $250 prize if they write reviews (they even give their buyers a list of websites on which to leave feedback). Here's my story: after making a deal for a certain price "out the door, with taxes, title, license and everything" on my Sentra, I subsequently received a bill for additional taxes that the dealership had not paid. I made several attempts to talk to a sales manager or general manager (with no call back) and then I asked to speak to the owner (but I was denied). Finally, I wrote a letter to Jim M'Lady, the owner, to complain about my bad experience with his dealership and asked him to call me. Jim did call, but he said my "out the door" price did not include the taxes for which I was later billed, even though I had specified "with taxes...and everything". During our talk, Jim revealed that other buyers had also complained about the additional taxes, but he still refused to do anything about it. When I brought up the issue of hidden charges (which I had included in my letter) he said "we're not talking about that; we're talking about the taxes"--apparently, he didn't even want to address that problem. The only positive thing I can say is that our salesman was friendly, but I learned that he is no longer with the dealership. (Hmmmm...) BAD, BAD, BAD. If I could have left zero stars I would have. Do NOT do business with M'Lady Nissan! More
I was not the typical car customer, as in I didn't actually 'want' to buy a car, yet I 'needed' to, though. I shopped around for over two months -- having my fair share of unfortunate sleezy dealer ex actually 'want' to buy a car, yet I 'needed' to, though. I shopped around for over two months -- having my fair share of unfortunate sleezy dealer experiences -- before ending up at M'Lady. It was there that I not only found a most suitable car, but also a dedicated team of people who I felt comfortable enough with to make a deal. I am SO glad to have the car I need, and to have had the customer-service that I did. More
