Eddie made my car buying experience as close to "hassle free" as possible while still leaving room for negotiations and ultimately a fantastic deal. After a miserable experience at another area Nissan dealer the day before, Eddie was able to put me in a loaded New vehicle one model package better with less money down all for a lower payment than the other dealer's bottom price. I will recommend Eddie and M'Lady to anyone looking to purchase a Nissan. Also, I'm sorry to make this the Eddie show because ALL of the M'Lady staff exceeded my best expectations. More
I received an e quote price. I called the dealer to verify price. I was assured and verified the price quoted was correct. I was verbally quoted a finance rate over the phone. When I went to dealer to look at the car, first thing I was quoted a different finance rate. It would be a difference of $180. I wasn't happy but I would work with dealer. I showed all the paperwork I was e-mailed. I looked at several different cars. I spent 2 hours at this dealer. When it was time to finalize the deal, I was told the internet price I received was wrong and $780 destination fee needed to be added. No where in the quote was this mentioned. I also verified with the dealer via phone prior to coming in and was guaranteed the internet price was correct. So between the finance rate change of $180 and an additional fee of $780, the car would cost $960 more. This I was told after wasting 2 hours in the dealership. Wow. Watch out for the old bait and switch. Real you and then make changes to the deal. More
Had a great experiences at M Lady. I was able to turn in my lease that a I received from them two years ago and get the new 2013 sentra. The staff at M Lady is amazing Scott, Mir, Yaseen and Betty Joe reall my lease that a I received from them two years ago and get the new 2013 sentra. The staff at M Lady is amazing Scott, Mir, Yaseen and Betty Joe really helped me out when it came to get the car and getting a good deal on my lease. I completely recommend coming into this location they are great with their customers and really help you find the car that is right for you. Will be going back when I need a new car :) More

I was met at the door immediately, the sales rep, Bob, was extremely helpful and had a great sense of humor (always a plus for me). He immediately located the car I wanted to see (Cube), and I was out on was extremely helpful and had a great sense of humor (always a plus for me). He immediately located the car I wanted to see (Cube), and I was out on a test drive in no time at all! Once the purchase was decided, he worked with Abe and John to get me better financing (I had walked in with financing from Capital One), which lowered my car payments. John was extremely helpful in explaining all the paperwork, the benefits of the warranties, what to point out to the auto insurance folks, etc. Betty Jo was a delight. Overall, what is usally a stressful experience for me turned out to be quite a good time. I was out the door in my new car in three hours, which was an unexpected plus, since I had expected to spend the entire day there. I would definitely recommend M'Lady Nissan to others. More
After telling the sales person what I was looking for and what I could spend, he ended up showing us a more expensive car than we really planned on. It was for my daughter so she, of course, wanted to upgrad what I could spend, he ended up showing us a more expensive car than we really planned on. It was for my daughter so she, of course, wanted to upgrade. We needed a certain amount on our trade-in - not negotiable. The sales person then came back with $3000 LESS than I told him I needed. It was simple, we couldn't make the purchase, so...please give me back the keys to my trade-in so I can leave. But no, then came the haggling, and finally the "manager", Larry, came over and proceeded to tell me how unrealistic my request was, "if you do the math...", etc. When I told him my credit union had a .74% loan rate, he found that "unbelievable". He was rude and condescending. I left there and the next day I went to McGrath Nissan in Elgin where I happily purchased a car. To make things worst at M'Lady, they called me for five days, no less than two times a day, leaving messages that they had some "details for me" and how aggressive their managers were on pricing. I finally answered the phone and told them to stop - but I still got two more calls. Old school, "used car" feeling in their showroom, and though there were children there, I heard a couple of the employees talking to each other and using language that I would not want my small children to hear. Not a place I would ever want to visit again! More
I do not have enough kind words to say about my amazing experience at M'lady Nissan. I am a returning customer. This is my second car and my second time leasing a Nissan from M'lady. I first started business with this dealer in 2010, when I leased a 2010 Nissan Sentra from them. My lease on the Sentra was coming due and I was ready for a new car. M'lady had taken care of me with my first car and I knew they would do the same with my new car, which is why I decided to keep my business with M'lady. Geoff was the salesman I worked with from start to finish. I am a college student and I was on a tight budget. Geoff was understanding of this. He got me out of my lease on the Sentra a few months early and gave me an AMAZING deal on a 2013 Rogue S special edition FWD. Geoff had called me earlier in the week to let me know they could get me out of my lease early and I explained that I would be in if I got the job I was interviewing for. When I walked into the dealership and said my name, Geoff immediately knew who I was and asked how my interview went. I have never met a car salesman who cares as much as Geoff does. I highly recommend this dealer and Geoff, Mir, Yaseen, and Betty Jo. My business and referrals will remain with M'lady Nissan!! I love my new Rogue!!! More
Be Careful out there! Provided quote on a new car! When visited the dealership showed me the demo car with 2900 miles on it. The sales person did not even mention that it had that many miles on it and acco visited the dealership showed me the demo car with 2900 miles on it. The sales person did not even mention that it had that many miles on it and according to him it is called "new" car... If I did not notice that it had almost 3K miles, he would have sold me the car with 3K miles as a new car... Be careful out there! Always check the miles on the vehicle and confirm it on the quote... Purchasing a vehicle isn’t always fun, but the M’Lady’s staff was very helpful! Before meeting Al, I called to confirm they still had the Jeep I was interested in.
