Stopped in shopping around for a new car. Was interested in a new Juke. Mike Mantor was the salesman who came out and helped me. He was friendly and knowledgeable. They even let me take the car over night to get a real feel for get, went back the next day and signed the papers. Talked with Betty Jo who was a real treat. Though i had tried previously, most of the financiers had rejected my loan application since i had no credit history. I got variety of good deals from mladynissan.com, I bought a 2010 Altima with low miles(~36k miles) at a resonable price. Compared with outside market value for the car without tax was ~ 16k . I got the car out of the door with tax at a price less than market value. What i really liked about McLady, compared to other dealers arround Hoffman Estates Customer friendliness, good deals on cars, informative consultants about the car and user needs, excellent servicing of cars. Frankness about the hidden costs before buying car,(other dealers never tell you hidden costs before you make a deal) More
I went to buy Nissan Maxima 2012 - but ended up buying 2013 (with less features almost for the same price). I would have expected the sales man to explain me the difference between the two cars that I was 2013 (with less features almost for the same price). I would have expected the sales man to explain me the difference between the two cars that I was looking for - even though both of them were SV model. As a result, ended up with the car with following missing features: - no bluetooth audio streaming (dont assume that bluetooth phone connectivity and this are same) - no memory seats - no floor mats Additionally, they bought me into an argument saying if I finance through Nissan, at 3.99% (75 months) I can get $500 off on the price. They convinced me saying that I can refinance it through my bank later and reduce the rate. After the purchase when I made the calculation, I would have paid less than their monthly installment for 72 months - I ended up refinancing through my bank within a week. Not an amazing experience! My husband and I were looking to lease a minivan and had a current lease through M'Lady that we were very happy with. Eddie gave my husband a call stating that there were many incentives right now going on a current lease through M'Lady that we were very happy with. Eddie gave my husband a call stating that there were many incentives right now going on and that we should come in to speak with him about ending our lease 10 months early to get into a minivan. We test drove the car with Eddie, who pointed out many of the great features I wouldn't have thought to look for; like the extremely small turning radius. The van drove very nicely, so we decided to talk further about the cost. Eddie offered us a very fair price for the lease, but it was still out of budget. We had hired a babysitter for our 2 kids and were running out of time, so Eddie asked Abe, the manager, to help see if there was anything further the dealership could do. Abe came through in a big way and helped us afford the minivan our growing family needed badly. Eddie and Abe were both very easy to talk to and work with; we never felt pressured. The whole team that day at M'Lady was fantastic and I have told all our friends and family about what a good experience we had and recommended that they check them out next time they need a new car. Eddie - once again - delivered as promised. This time, however, Eddie and I worked on a single-car deal...still very competitive on pricing. What stands out with Eddie is his no-nonsense approach. He and M'Lady put together an aggressive quote and worked with me on options. Other Chicagoland Nissan dealers I checked with had no personality - simply asked what number they needed to beat and finished with "I'd like to earn your business." Eddie did not recite that same ridiculous line - however he did just that: he earned it. All members of M'Lady Nissan - from Management, Finance and Service - were courteous and made the experience pleasurable. As long as Nissan continues to produce quality cars - I will continue to purchase from M'Lady Crystal Lake. More

I came to M'Lady to get a oil change one day and realized that every one was extremely friendly. A few weeks passed and I started to wonder if I could have gotten a better deal on my car. I decided to go back to M'Lady based off my great experience, and walked in and was greeted by Eddie. Right off the bat, he let me know that I could have gotten better, and that's what he gave me. I left that day with a new 2013 Nissan Rouge SV AWD. Eddie is straight to the point, honest and up front and you can't help to respect that. Will go back to him and would recommend him to someone as well. More
