I really enjoyed purchasing my Altima through this dealership. I come in with a trade in, and they gave me more then I expected. I seen an ad in the newspaper, and they had the car. Liked the folks of M'Lady Nissan so much we've leased our second vehicle from them within 12mths. Sales team (Pat, Abe & all the others) couldn't help enough, allowing us to drive whatever vehicle we wanted second vehicle from them within 12mths. Sales team (Pat, Abe & all the others) couldn't help enough, allowing us to drive whatever vehicle we wanted (even driving some more than once) & giving us a brand new vehicle on loan for 24hrs to evaluate. Finance team of Bryan & Betty Jo were the best & still remembered us even after 12mths. Was like catching up with old friends. Couldn't be happier with the vehicle we got & the deal we ended up with. 2011 Nissan Maxima SV - Well equiped... I have been to M'Lady now for five separate cars and wouldn't go back if I didn't feel I was treated fairly and with respect. I have either purchased or leased two M'Lady now for five separate cars and wouldn't go back if I didn't feel I was treated fairly and with respect. I have either purchased or leased two Muranos, a Quest and now my second Maxima! I have dealt with Scott M'Lady a couple of times now along with Tom and Mir the sales managers and have always felt that it is without the normal stress and axiety that can come with buying a car. Once I left the sales floor this past trip, I met Betty Jo who was really pleasant and easy to deal with while she talked to me about some additional options I could put on the car. Finally, Bryan in finance sealed everything up (again) for me and I was on my way in just a couple hours with another very good experience. I keep telling myself I'll get another make / model of vehicle but I have found that Nissan's themselves are extremely reliable and appealing to me and this particular dealership is one that I would recommend to anyone. Terrible dealership, but needed to get out of my lease. Wish I went to Woodfield or anyone else for that matter. Salesman had new clue about the cars on the lot. I needed to get out of my lease and at least knew what I wanted. Morons tried to initially lease me a car for almost $800 a month. I got up to walk out as they must think everyone is naive. Can back in less than three minutes with an offer that was more sensible and I moved into this lease. Lied to me though about my lease being complete, now NMAC is asking for additional money to close out. Be Aware, if you actually work for a living, the service department is not open at all on the weekends! Stay Away!! More
