Eddie was a great salesman to work with and stuck to his work (which is very hard to do if you are car salesman). Before I encountered Eddie, I had been to 5 different dealerships and that experience had l work (which is very hard to do if you are car salesman). Before I encountered Eddie, I had been to 5 different dealerships and that experience had left a bad taste in my mouth about car salesmen in general. I went to Jim M'Lady Nissan a few weeks back and was in the market for a 2013 Pathfinder. I called in advance and was greeted with great service, from the start, by Sam. Overall, service at this dealership (even with service associates) was excellent. I'd highly recommend considering this dealership, before finalizing any purchase at another dealership (hint, hint). It's a competitive market out there, and business is business. Nonetheless, the entire process was smooth and painless. The best part is, even after I purchased my vehicle, service was even great when I went back in to pick up some accessories. It wasn't like they just bought my car, and that was it - they treat all their customers (service and sales) with great respect and customer service. More

He answered the questions I had. We took it for a test drive, but we wanted to look around. The next dealership we went to, no one was there to greet us. We were there before with the same result. Eddie couldn't have been better at handling a customer that came in and immediately said "show me the car and don't call my husband anymore." He did. Not the one on the internet but one that fit my wants better at a very good price. Lots to choose from. Found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. The new remodel of the dealership very nice. This is a place you feel at home and don't feel like everyone is trying to scam you and get more money for themselves.
