Post my purchase, there's been more human errors and ignorance that I'm fed up with. Seems these guys don't know how to input my information correctly with the bank, hence I've been dealing playing phone tag to clarify the miscommunication gap and updating my information correctly... Been requesting proof of some "maintenance/repairs" that this particular vehicle had done while in the lot, and have been asking several times to only get a xx reason of why and yet still nothing has been delivered. A personal lesson learned the hard way from my end.. never returning to a poor excuse of a dealership who would only be your best friend until they take your money and close their doors behind your back like a nobody... I would recommend to use your money wisely and go elsewhere where you get that family like customer service and a vehicle that's legit working like they promised..... Be cautious with both Marcos + Gino... More

Awful Submitted a online app went back and forth with salesman saying it was approved and he was just trying to get the best loan term and payment the next Submitted a online app went back and forth with salesman saying it was approved and he was just trying to get the best loan term and payment the next day he told me he had the approval for $15,000 with $250 down and - payment of $350 a month and to come in and sign the paperwork and pick up the truck drove almost two hours to go do it all and waited forever he kept saying he would be right with us over a hour and a half later another salesmen says he is gonna get us done and on our way just to find out that Jason the original salesman walked out and quit in the middle of working with us then the new salesmen resent all of our paperwork out again running out credit multiple times again and said they were waiting for the final word but the bank had closed and we would have to come back in the morning and that he would call us at 930 am only for me to have to attempt to get ahold of him multiple time the following day and then be told they couldn’t do anything ! I’d give it zero stars but Facebook won’t let me ! I don’t recommend this place at all guaranteed credit my butt and all of the “we got it done and your good to come get your car “ communications were over text so if anyone wants to see them I will gladly send them to you just message me I took two days off work for nothing More

It was my first time buying a car and I was really en I bought a 2012 Nissan Maxima SV with 56,000 miles. I ended up paying $20,000 for a $13,000 car. It was my first time buying a car and I was really enthusiastic and naive so that falls back on me. They they first told me it was $17,000 I refused to pay that amount and they promised it'd be no problem and they'd work with me on the price. I was checking over my contract (after I already signed my life away or course) and realized that's what I ended up paying anyways! I feel like a real dumb xxx and definitely have learned my lesson for my next car buying experience. Gino was very good at convincing me I was getting a good deal. And when I discovered things broken on the car they fixed them without putting up a fight. Needless to say I will be much more careful and a whole lot less trusting of my salesmen next time! PAY ATTENTION and don't believe what they say. More

BS Scammers I went there to purchase a car with CASH. Test drove.. was ok. 30 minutes after purchase the car started smoking. I was stranded on a highway. After taking the car to a reputable dealer I found out that the head gaskets blew and 3 mechanics said the car should never have been sold. Rip off artists. This is the worst customer service ever. You should be ashamed of yourselves. More
