I recently purchased a used car from M&L Imports and my experience was exceptional. I do not have good credit and have been trying for a few years now to get financed at other dealerships. M&L was the only dealership that was able to get this done for me, and at a reasonable rate as well. I dealt with Gino and Phil and they both did everything in their power to make sure I left with a car that day. The service was amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and also confident that I would be able to finance a car through them. I went in to test drive an older Jeep Grand Cherokee and ended up purchasing a Lexus RX 330. I never expected to be in a car this nice but the most exciting part is that they were able to get my monthly payments to be lower than I ever expected to pay. I am more than pleased with my experience at M&L Imports and cannot say enough good things about them!! I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Thanks again Gino and Phil! More

After looking at several vehicles, i had decided on the one i wanted. My credit isn't the best and i was promised they can get me into a vehicle. after putting money down to hold the vehicle till everythi one i wanted. My credit isn't the best and i was promised they can get me into a vehicle. after putting money down to hold the vehicle till everything was in order, i live about 2 hours away and had to come down to the dealership twice only to find out that the vehicle i wanted i couldn't finance. why would you tell someone that they can get you into vehicle and then not even try to work with you to get you in the vehicle you want. very very disappointed. I recently purchased a vehicle from M & L Imports. I had some credit issues and was hesitant on going in but my cousin had a good experience with them so I gave them a shot. I bought a 2004Ford Expedition and Louis helped me get the best deal possible. He called me back later in the week and had good news that he shopped me around to a couple of different banks and got my interest rate lower and payment. These guys are great. Go see them if you need a car. More

Worst car buying experience of my life. The photos they place online are NOTHING like the actual vehicles. If these guys' lips are moving they are lying to you. Crappy cars, shoddy repair staff, cars are place online are NOTHING like the actual vehicles. If these guys' lips are moving they are lying to you. Crappy cars, shoddy repair staff, cars are filthy dirty and the salesmen and repair guys know nothing about them. At first they even offered me a financing plan for 54 months that added up to about $8000 too much. Probably thought I was an idiot just looking at the monthly payment. Their financing came out to 25% interest! When I said, "you have got to be kidding!" the salesman hung his head and walked back to Gino's office and told me, "well, of course thus is just a starting point." I shudder to think all he naive people they prey on who jump at their first offer. Took me eight hours dealing with Gino to close the deal. No sooner got on the road and the check engine light came on. None of their vehicles have the legally required checklist stickers in the windows. I left feeling like I'd just been xxxxx. STAY AWAY! I can't believe these guys have not been shut down by now. How they can sleep at night I'll never know. They have ZERO INTEGRITY and outright lie to your face. ABSOLUTE WORST used car lot I have EVER seen! BEWARE! Upon returning home, I found I had a bad oil leak, a couple tires were WAY over-flated, a couple way under-inflated, found I need two oxygen sensors and waiting to hear about the catalytic converter. It seems to me, if this was a business of integrity, they would not simply put up a sign in the car's window that says "AS IS," they would have the decency to check the vehicles out AT LEAST A LITTLE BIT, so they know the condition, and what they are selling. Instead, it is BUYER BEWARE... They prey on the ignorant. SHOP somewhere else! More

DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL LOSE ONE WAY OR ANOTHER! I filed complaint with the BBB and will be posting this everywhere- Good luck to anyone who deals with these guys! More

These guys are fraud. Lie about a car that they dont even have and dont bother to tell you that after you call them the day before. Had to call dealership several times to get ahold of stats, pricing, process. Called and set a time prior to arriving. Drove three hours and the salesman simply said pick out any car in the lot. Yet when she insisted on setting a time to see it they realized and confessed to selling it. More
