I’m writing a review about how I got ripped off at M and M superstore. I bought a 2015 Ford Fusion from them. They told me it was 12,500 and that was 1, 640 below market value. After every said done they ha M superstore. I bought a 2015 Ford Fusion from them. They told me it was 12,500 and that was 1, 640 below market value. After every said done they had me spend 1913.05 for this car. I went two other car dealers places they told me my car was only worth 6,000.00. Also, when I went to have the car serviced it cost me thousands of dollars to get the car serviced almost every time went for its service. Also I want to add when I bought the car the sales man from Alabama I think his name was Ed was so nice sweetest man ever once I bought the car and I came back the next day to pick up the car the man had resign all the documents all over again that signed the previous day when I bought the car but this time this guy was rude, mean, saying mean and rude comments, was very unprofessional, it was worse experience ever. I would never recommend anyone buy cars from them they are bunch of scam artist and rip people off they are not a legit business. They are just out scamming people out for there’s hard earned money. My husband and I are repeat buyers at M&M Cars. Our experience has always been good and this is why we continue to return. We recently bought our 3rd vehicle with M&M and the first two were mechanicall experience has always been good and this is why we continue to return. We recently bought our 3rd vehicle with M&M and the first two were mechanically sound. The first car we've had for almost 4 years and the second one for 2 years, both we still own. We've worked with 3 different salespersons, Susan, Roy and we had the absolute pleasure of working with William recently. William was Great!! No pressure buying and extremely honest in his answers to all questions. This young man is a wonderful asset to an already strong team at M&M. I highly recommend this Car Lot for your next vehicle purchase ! More
I had a great experience with the entire staff. William was excellent. He was very patient and wasn't pushy like other dealers can be. I'm hoping I won't need another vehicle for many years but If I do, I know where I'm going first!!!! More
MAY 30 we bought a car from M&M and they rushed us so with the paperwork , they told us to bring the car back to fix problems uhmm like hot as hades and the air didn't work..... They fixed the air but the light on the dash they claimed they had to take it somewhere else, other than where they took it I guess and I have an idea where that was but anyway.... they did not. They said they would come get it . In the meantime my husband called Eric and told him there was something wrong with the brakes and that car was leaking some fluid. By the way, we are not driving the ca at this point. My husband wanted to make sure it was all good before I drove it.. it was supposed to be for me. They told us they would tow it but sent two wash up guys ( not mechanics but wash guys) to pick it up They drove it away ...after we told them something was wrong with it...not smart but cheaper than towing...hmmmm..... One of them poured something into the car in the radiator before they left after saying he saw some corrosion .. The car came back supposedly checked out and fixed We kept the car a week and did not drive it at all until the weekend. On that next Sunday we drove the car and noticed the temp never moved from cool, we pulled off the road the car cut off and we called the tow truck . Mind you we had not been 30 miles in it . We had it towed home at our expense. They picked up the car ( towed it this time) , took it to their mechanic Russell who could not fix it ( another long story) then had a motor put in it by Wade ( cool guy) at another shop and Eric at M&M tried to tell us we ran the car hot...tell me how.. had to be something wrong with it already...remember we said that ) . and that the battery blew up...but they didn't know the battery is in the trunk....haha ha, weird look on their faces when I mentioned that...hmmm maybe you should learn something about cars if you sell them and if you are going to lie to and on you customers. Anyway Wad said not true at all. . The engine was replaced but the ABS system was still not fixed, ERIC, at the dealership kept playing around tying to get it fixed cheap, took it to Hyundai thornton Rd, I called to check on the car and they told me it had been picked up, Eric didn't want to pay to fix it.... so he took it back to Russell again who of course could not fix it, so it had to go to hyundai again, this time in Kennesaw, Eric told them it was the master cylinder, lies that had already been replaced, Kennesaw then looked at it thought the issue was an O -ring, that was not smart either , but anyway fixed it and told M&M to come get it.. Rebecca at M&M picked it up, drove it about 3 miles and guess what, it is not fixed, had to be towed right back to kennesaw who now with more information found out what we all knew all along, it is the HECU , the unit that controls the ABS system... When I checked on it, ERIC still had not authorized them to fix it, this is of course now after more time goes by... guess what he still kept wasting time, by the way we bought the car May 30 and today is August 18 . They have had that car the whole time except the week we had it and didn't drive it. Where do they do that at?????????lol So, after posing a law suit on yesterday which was not a threat, the paperwork was going to be completed today, today we got our down payment and 2 car payments back but not the insurance money we paid for two months or anything for all the suffering we have had to go through with this ordeal. Not to mention, Eric is a rude little .... who ducks and dodges and has no customer service skills. The owner Karl, just as bad, haven't heard from him but once in all this time. Karen and Rebecca at the dealership are the only ones with any sense in all this. This is the worst experience I have ever had buying anything especially a car in all my life. So just a few side notes, they buy cars cheap and do not do anything to service them. We popped the hood on a car at that dealership and there was duck tape staring right back at us. The owner said he doesn't sell cars like that...really well it is proudly on the lot sir to be sold. Is every car bad? Probably not. we bought a pretty good car there 8 years ago when apparently they cared , I could say something about that car too I recently found out but this post is not about that. But it seems that they are now just in the business of buying cheap and getting these cars out the door. The ABS system issue is dangerous. Someone could actually get killed when the brakes engage when they are not supposed to. And guess what, they bought the car back, yep they are paying it off which means coming to the lot real soon will be that same car, still not fixed. So if you see a black 2010 Hyundai Genesis vin # KMHGC4DF3AU096191 do not buy this car. It is beautiful inside and out, right down to the ATL Falcon valve cover stems I put on it ...yes I am a fan, it has a good motor, WADE the mechanic who put it in is a great guy, go see him at fillups and phlathead in douglasville ga if you need engine work, but that ABS system is a KILLER. And this dealership does not care at all about its customers. We were treated like dog doo , lied to, lied on ... and we really wanted to do more business at this place until this experience . My advice RUN, it is not worth taking the risk and trust me they don't care . More

Karen was fantastic, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. I was in and out in about an hour with a great interest rate, no hassles, no pressure, and a fantastic truck. They let me park my jeep wrangler there overnight so I could drive the truck home. Gave me copys of everything not just the loan agreement. The test drive route gives you plenty of opportunities for acceleration test. And time to check any and every thing. The truck sales lot is gravel so you can test your 4x4 without harming it. I'm 54 years old and have never bought a new vehicle. I would recommend this dealer ship to any one! I had a decent credit score, but they work with every one! It's a big place with great selection. Again my smoothest buying experience by far. Thank you Karen and the entire staff. The finance lady is quick even when they are busy. More

I drove the truck and decided to start the process to buy it. Karen the sales person was nice. The finance manager came back with an offer but the interest rate was to high so he stated he would contact Wells Fargo. After attempting to call I was told that he would contact me at 10:30 the next morning. I waited till 11 with no call so I contacted them and they needed some more information. Once that was done I was called back by Eric who stated he had everything worked out and he told me to head that way to sign paperwork. While I was walking out of my house he called me back and stated to stay home for about 10 minutes that someone was test driving the truck. I told him I considered the truck sold when me made the agreement over the phone. Needless to say the truck was sold out from under me. These people have no morals nor do they care about there customers. More
