08 Dodge 3500 Dually w/ 6.7L Cummins I buy a lot of vehicles. I rarely buy used cars from independent lots. Good ones are so few and far between. I can honestly say this purchase was outs I buy a lot of vehicles. I rarely buy used cars from independent lots. Good ones are so few and far between. I can honestly say this purchase was outstanding from start to finish. When we walked on the lot, we weren't accosted or made to feel uncomfortable in any way. Instead, Karen Evans came to us and asked how she could help. We told Karen we were looking at two of the trucks on the lot. She immediately went and got me the keys to both. She remained available as we inspected the trucks. But, she never once became intrusive or pushy -- quite the opposite, actually. Once I'd narrowed down my decision, they encouraged us to have the truck inspected before making any commitments. Even though I'd already arranged my financing through my bank, I went ahead and filled out a credit application. And, while my mechanic (they didn't mind if I took the truck to my personal mechanic's shop) inspected the truck, they went ahead and started to see if they could beat my bank's (already pretty low) rate. They also inspected the truck I was trading in during this time. After having the truck on the rack and taking it out on a test run, my shop found no mechanical issues with the truck. I went back, they were ready to go. They not only treated me very well on the trade-in, they also managed to get me an even better rate from the bank I'd pre-arranged my financing with. From the time I got the truck back from the inspection to the time I drove off the lot with a closed transaction was less than 45 minutes. The service was great. The sales staff were professionals. The finance guy was a TOTAL straight-shooter. I sincerely appreciate how well this went. And, the next time I'm looking for a used vehicle, they'll be my first stop. More

Worst Service Ever!!! This car lot is a junk, they told me days before I arrived I was approved. Finally when I got to the lot I found out it was a lie. I told the salesman please don't play with me if I'm approved don't have me drive out for a bomb deal and he did just don't, he bombed me. Cadillac I was looking at was beat up with holes in the seats. More
