I went on line for about two weeks looking for the best deal. I have in the past owned 6 Toyota. In the past 10 years i had dealt with Reinhardt in Montgomery and actually purchased 3 from them . Jay really wanted to sell me a car and he accomplished This by never giving up and I'm sure he had to get frustrated with me at times thou he didn't reveal it. Was very impressed with the team work . My experience with Lynch Toyota of Auburn was very good even from the first phone conversation after I requested a quote on their website. All of the staff at the dealership were friendly and kind, even the salesmen who were not waiting on me. I had just left a Toyota dealership in Montgomery, Al.and decided to drive to Lynch in Auburn. I was looking for a used vehicle big enough to drive four children all of in car seats around comfortably. I couldn't afford high payments but I still wanted something nice. Jay was very patient. My overall experience at Lynch Toyota of Auburn is that of total satisfaction. Jay made a couple of phone calls to my home encouraging me to just drive to Auburn and give them a chance to show me what the of total satisfaction. Jay made a couple of phone calls to my home encouraging me to just drive to Auburn and give them a chance to show me what they had. I took them up on the offer and met Josh and Jay. Josh was actually taking a 2010 Corolla in as a trade-in while I was walking around the lot. I drove the car and immediately knew that the Corolla was what I had been looking for. Everything was easy about the transaction, even to the completion of the paperwork. David Callaway/Galloway who completed all the paperwork did it in a professional manner. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and made me feel at home and not at all nervous at the prospect of taking on car payments! Even the customers having service done on their Toyotas could not say enough good things about Lynch Toyota. I feel I got a fair price for a great-quality car - I still own a 1996 Camry with almost 200,000 miles on it plus have had another Corolla (in 1977 - paid less than $4500 for it) and a Tercel. These young men made what has been a harrowing experience in the past a pleasant one. AND I feel their customer service did not stop when I drove away. Jay and Josh will continue to be helpful to me! Lynch Toyota makes purchasing a car a fun, pressure free, and straightforward experience! My husband and I bought a Scion FR-S from them last night and walked away saying, "Now that is what buying a ca and straightforward experience! My husband and I bought a Scion FR-S from them last night and walked away saying, "Now that is what buying a car should be like!" There were no "Adjusted Market Value" fees on our FR-S either. Lynch's pricing was fair, honest and they didn't try to price gouge on a car that is understandably in high demand. Also, we can't say enough good things about the sales and finance team there (especially after the treatment we had just received at a dealership in Montgomery). Three of the gentlemen on staff cheerfully stayed late, well after normal business hours, to finish up the deal so that my husband could take his new car home that night. Our salesman, Marcus, was exceptionally polite, helpful, honest and didn't pressure us at all. Allen in Sales also went above and beyond by working up and showing us the exact differences in financing options. Jimmy, who went over our final signing and paperwork, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the salesmen to the gentleman cleaning the facility, every single person we had any contact with was polite and made the whole experience fun. Even Lynch's showroom was spotless and you really felt like you were dealing with a modern, classy, and upstanding business entity. Lynch Toyota will be the first place we visit when we buy our next car. More

Our experience was wounderful our salesman was not only friendly when asking to test drive this automobile he had another customer he said that we could test drive without him being in this car. When arriving back at the dealership he meet us to discuss all our options he told us that we could drive it to our city which was 45 miles to get finacial assisstant. I have been looking to purchase a new vehicle since summer of last year and spoke with Wayne Smith in sales. He was very helpful but I was not ready at that time to. Nearly 6 months later I found they had a convertible listed online and I decided to go test drive it and to my surprise Wayne remebered me! He went well above to even let me take the car for the evening to see how I liked it. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He was not pushy or in a hurry to sale me just any car. I decided the next day to purchase it. He then worked hard with me to get payments affordable and contacted his manager Kevin to assist who was also extremely nice and helpful! We made the deal and I could not be any happier! I feel like I was treated as a superstar and would recommend everyone to visit Lynch and buy from Wayne.
