DO NOT GO THERE Let me start by saying if you think this deal is bad there "servicing is worst". This is NOT a lynch Toyota, this a "leech" Toyota. I had gone to buy a vehicle but end up buying from Columbus dealer. In my last two trips to servicing, I only had worst treatment. I can't really comment on the quality of their mechanical work but their wait time is terrible. But here's what made me decide to write this review. On April, I went for oil change, after two hours of waiting they brought me list of things to do including engine and dash air filter which I authorized but "front brake pads" I decided to wait because I did not have time. So, today I go for the brake pad change. I told the guy " I want brake pads changed". I want only the service included in the coupon deal ($99 and that was the only deal they had in website) which did not included "resurfacing". After two hours they told me the car is ready and gave me bill of $227.16. so apparently they did the resurfacing...Then started the blame game.. They inferred that "I lied". They bullied me, finger pointed my integrity but I hold my grounds and left after paying $116. but in between I had a tense one hour completely unwarranted. At one point the guy threatened me to put "mechanic lien" in my car. Can you believe it? Help yourself. save your sanity and AVOID them. More

Dissatisfied I call the dealership about a vehicle. They inform me that someone was looking at it but they would return later. He then told me it was first come first serve and I could come to test drive it. I go and test drive it and while doing the paperwork for purchase he tells me that I cannot purchase it because the person who was looking at the car earlier was a friend of the general manager. I was NOT happy. He said he would call in 2 hrs with an update. He didn't call at all. I call him back the next morning. After going back and forth and him finally agreeing to sell me the car we go over the terms of financing and they bring me the car but the interest rate was higher thab we agreed upon. I don't know if I'll purchase another vehicle from there. More

The waiting time was about an hour which is actually less than I expected. I have had two of our vehicles serviced here for years and I have always received excellent service! More
