When we were ready to get documents signed, my bank decided to change term on my loan and caused me to not be able to purchase the vehicle I wanted. The guys at LSA cut me a smoking deal on a clean Mercedes that has been great so far, not to mention I left with a 3 year warranty for peace of mind. We went through all of this caring for my 2.5 week old son and the guys were more than helpful allowing us to use a spare room to feed and clean up. Will do business again if the opportunity arises. No morals when it comes to running a business. The parting words when I left Luxury Sport Auto was “and don’t forget to write a review!” Go ahead and purchase a car through these guys. Just don’t expect it to run reliably and be prepared for a slew of things to go wrong. When I reached out to resolve these issues, I told them how I was going to proceed to try and cover myself in an attempt to not continually get taken advantage of. The response from the owner told me that I was threatening him and would not get his good will. He told me to not want me to contact him again. I don’t want his good will. I just want him to do the morally, ethically correct thing and fix the issues with the car that bears his dealership’s name. I am now the proud owner of a car that has a growing list of issues deemed “preexisting” by the warranty purchased through Luxury Sport Auto. The following has all happened in less than 500 miles of driving the car. When we showed up to look at the car, there was a bad coil that they had swapped out of another car causing a misfire in the engine. We had to replace the new one because the service department wasn’t available to do the swap. The job took less than 30 seconds. Why advertise a car that misfires when the fix is so simple? The car was sold with a cracked thermostat housing (which was discovered the day after we got home) that caused all of the coolant to drain onto the ground. When I asked for the service records, at the top of the list was an oil change and oil filter. I personally changed the oil when I returned home and unless they put over 7,000 miles on the car in the time it was there, they did not change the oil. It was blacker than night and had a distinctly burnt smell. I was assured that this huge list of new parts were put into the car, including two new rear axles. Funny thing is, somehow both rear control arms are bent and in need of replacing. Perhaps it’s coincidence… I could go on about how the computer in the infotainment center needs to be replaced and how the front crank seal on the engine is leaking but I’ll stop. The one star goes to Matt who helped me get a good interest rate. When it comes to the ethics as a dealership, they deserve zero stars. More

Smooth, stress free process I went in on a Thursday evening after finding the exact truck I wanted the day before on their website.
