I was leery, as I'd rather get a root canal than go to a car dealer, but our experience was excellent. We dealt with Spencer who we really liked. He was professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Their description of the car was accurate and the price was spot on. We flew in from Arizona, bought the car, drove it around the Portland area for the weekend, dropped it off and they arranged for the car to be shipped to us. No Oregon sales tax is another bonus. We would definitely use them in the future. This is not your typical car dealership. Their inventory was amazing. There's no pressure, no haggling, no hassle, and prices were great. A+ More
