Smooth I did my research before going in and knew what I wanted. Terry showed me around and gave me several options that were all nice. One of the best car buying experience I've ever had. I hate going to dealerships, and dealing with BS, had no issues what so ever. Answered all my questions, and ensured I had a good running used vehicle. Found issues with them, and they made sure it was fixed before I purchased the Pilot. Although I was pre-qualified for a loan, they did a great job in convincing me they could come up with a better deal, and they did! Would recommend this place to all. More

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Luxury Sport Autos sold me a used car a few months ago for roughly $12K. No surprise that it needed to be brought in for an airbag recall – that was t Luxury Sport Autos sold me a used car a few months ago for roughly $12K. No surprise that it needed to be brought in for an airbag recall – that was the easy part, and I saw it on the Carfax. What was unexpected was the $5k of service it required after I purchased it! Both the dealership and my mechanic told me they sold me an unsafe car – illegal in the state of Oregon. After bringing some of these issues to their attention, I heard different stories about whether they had inspected or done any work on it, and they failed to get back to me multiple times. Finally they said "we want nothing to do with it." I've always been really lucky when purchasing cars, so I trusted them. That part was my fault, and I've learned an important lesson. The dishonesty and the sale of an unsafe car is all on them. In the end, I paid the $5k and made the car safe to drive again. It wasn't worth it to try to bring a lawsuit against them, and going to their office and yelling at them would have had no effect (aside from making me feel a little better). I could afford to fix the problem – but you might not be able to, and *ANY* company that's willing to put your life in danger isn't worth doing business with. I'm sure they'll respond to this and trash-talk me or say that this is fabricated, as they've done to multiple Google reviewers. They seem to do that often, instead of doing what's right. Just my two cents: be super careful when doing business with them. More
