I know Eric from racing BMWs as a good BMW mechanic. Luxury had new high performance tires installed and changed the oil with specified synthetic. Nothing was found on the buyers inspection that needed doing for safety. Delivery was a day early and without paperwork but they acknowledged the mistake and compensated me for the inconvenience. Matt was helpful during the sale by sending me details and making sure Eric Blois had the car on his schedule. More

Our other tw Bought a vehicle from out-of-state. This was our third time buying a vehicle sight unseen and the only time we have had a bad experience. Our other two vehicles were purchased from large dealerships. Our transaction with Luxury Sport Auto was difficult from the very beginning but they had, in their possession, one of a handful of cars we were interested in. Our contract was not sent in a timely manner and was received three days later instead of overnight. When it came time for shipping, over a week went by between them receving our money and them arranging shipping (after we called three to four times to express the urgency of us receiving the car). We finally received the car almost three weeks after we paid them for the car. Also, we asked them to go over the car for any cosmetic defects or odors and we were assured there was none of either. Upon receipt of the car, it smelled heavily of perfume and worst of all, it had a broken knob on the rear climate control and multiple scratches at eye level on the rear liftgate. It also appears the rear bumper was repainted at some point as the color doesn't match the car. None of this was disclosed. Communication was so poor throughout that we weren't sure we'd even receive the car. Would not recommend an out of state transaction with this dealer EVER. More

Spencer showed me a couple cars that were in my price and preference range. He was relatable, laid back and helpful. Matt set me up with my final paper work and financing. Can’t say enough about how accommodating he was in terms of getting me the lowest apr rates, maintenance and potential warranty packages. I really appreciated the effort from both of these guys especially considering it was after closing hours. More

The car we bought from Luxury Sport Auto had problems almost immediately, and this was the worst car buying experience we've ever had. Longer story: We bought the car on a Friday, and loved it. We drove it for four days before needing to fill it up. When I got to the gas station, the fuel door wouldn't open even with four attendants working on it. I had to drive it back to the dealership to have their mechanic look at it before it finally opened. From there, I drove the car three hours to Bend where we live and within a day started noticing an electronic noise that wasn't right, as well as an oil leak. My husband finally drove the car all the way back to the dealership in Portland to have it repaired less than three weeks after purchasing it (and the car was actually smoking upon arrival). They initially suggested we wait a couple of weeks to fix it so that the warranty we purchased could kick in (even though they after told us multiple times in the purchasing process to come to them first if there are any problems before using the warranty.) Side note: they also solicited a good review online multiple times before we even left the building and in follow-up text messages in the days following. We waited to see how it would all shake out. I'm glad we did. When we dropped the car off for repairs, I was 12 days away from my due date with our second baby and my husband asked for a loaner car to drive while they fixed ours since it was our only car. We expected something in equal caliber to the 2013 Audi Q7 we just spent $25k on. They gave us a 2002 Chevy Tahoe with a lit up service engine light and key fob that worked about 40% of the time (which is extra frustrating when you are days away from having a baby and are juggling a toddler). Also, not a luxury car by any stretch of the mind, and something I would have never even looked twice at to drive. We heard nothing for almost week, and finally followed up, asking for an update, to hear that they wouldn't get an inspector there for the warranty for another two days (a full WEEK after we dropped it off in their possession and nobody had even looked at it yet). At that point we were beyond frustrated. They took another week to get the repairs finished with vague descriptions on the invoice and tried charging us the $100 deductible to fix a car with half a dozen different existing issues and probably never should have been sold. They kindly offered the drive the car back to us (the one silver lining in this story since we had a brand new baby by the time all was said and done). At the FIRST attempt to get it back to us, the driver heard another noise in the car and turned back to the dealership to fix it again with a next-day promise of delivery. The next day came and went and we finally heard at the end of the day that the driver would leave with the car first thing the NEXT morning. It wasn't until 2:30 that afternoon that we got a notification it was on its way, for the SECOND delivery attempt. Just when we thought the nightmare was over, we got notified at 5:00 that evening (when the driver would have been in our driveway within minutes) that he had a "family emergency" and had to turn back to Portland. It wasn't until the THIRD attempt that we finally got our car back, five weeks after purchasing it, and we had only had it in our possession for half of that time. The total labor time for the repairs as quoted on the invoice was 17 hours, and they had it for 2-1/2 weeks. The day we got the car back I barely drove it for ten minutes before hearing the same original noise that sent it back for repairs in the first place. My husband managed to record it on video and sent it to them three days later saying the car STILL isn't fixed, to which they replied "oh no. Take it to any mechanic and tell them you have a warranty." It's still not fixed. Take our story with a grain of salt. But if it's up to us? We'll never shop there again. More

Now he's having to buy a new one and have it put in for another $10,000, and wont even answer or phone calls. Not a good way to due business. My grandson is in the military and if this is the way they treat the people serving our country, i strongly suggest that all former and current military do not do business with them. Sincerely. I can tell you that Some time back I purchased a car, long distance from Matt Jacobson at Luxury Sport Auto. Everything he said he would do, he did. I can tell you that wiring a large amount of money to an unknown dealership can cause apprehension. Matt and the dealership made me feel totally at ease. He arranged for my vehicle to be trucked to me in a different state. When it arrived all I had to do is sign my name and drive it. The paperwork was in order. The transaction took place in a timely manner. I am enjoying the vehicle, the price was right, and it was smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever been involved in. Thank you and Kudo's to all at Luxury Sport Auto. More
Best no pressure purchase ever. It’s your decision on what YOU want. No pressure. Just help. That alone should be a reason to visit. Lots of choices and quality vehicles. Then took a completely chill approach to just letting me take a look at the car alone, test drive it alone, look some more and ask whatever questions I needed. They even helped me work with the consignment owner of the car to get a better price. I have been in touch with them several times since the sale and they are a quality, trustworthy outfit I will do business again in the future. More

There was no pressure to make the deal, he gave us plenty of time and space to test-drive and inspect the vehicle on our own, and he readily answered all of our questions. Matt made our financing fast and efficient, which was important since one of us had to be back in Vancouver for a meeting that afternoon. We felt extremely comfortable with the high level of integrity and customer service of this dealership and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them again. We want to add that Terry set us up with Phil in the service department to take care of several small issues with the vehicle, which they accomplished competently and within the promised time frame. Everyone has exhibited true professionalism with no pressure at all! And we love our new van! More
