I went here in March of 2009 to drive a 2002 M5. It looked beautiful and sounded like a million bucks. The salesguy rode with me, and only allowed me to drive around the block making right turns. Thi looked beautiful and sounded like a million bucks. The salesguy rode with me, and only allowed me to drive around the block making right turns. This is an M5, I wasn't even allowed to get it above 40mph! When we got back, I was still very interested. I was up front and honest with them in telling them I wanted to check it out and talk to my wife. I know, every buyer says that, but I had cash in hand. He walked away to grab a camera so he could send her some pictures which was very nice. While he was gone I looked more closely and there were several imperfections that indicated that the vehicle had been in an accident. He denied it, but it seemed off to me. I asked for the carfax he said he had on it. He handed it to me on the way out the door. I asked to check on something (was going to compare VIN) but he said they were already opened after their normal hours and he'd be happy to call and/or email. It just didn't feel right. $22k for an M5 with 64k miles was a good deal I thought, but my gut said something was wrong so I didn't get it. Looking at these posts I'm glad I went with my gut. More
I hate dealerships and the games they play. Not so with Luxury Motors. The negotiations was quick and transparent. I purchased a low miles BMW 528i for a great deal and could not have been happier with the Luxury Motors. The negotiations was quick and transparent. I purchased a low miles BMW 528i for a great deal and could not have been happier with the process. The service was quite impressive and the passion and pride they have in their business was something I had never seen from a Car Dealership in the past. I am hooked on Luxury Motors and will be going back for my car needs in the future. Alejandro Bethlen. More

I honestly wouldn't buy a car any where else. Amazing price, great service, great people. My sales team have always gone out of their way to help me get the car I want at the price that's right for me. T price, great service, great people. I just purchaed an FX35 from these guys. Before I purchased the car, I took the car to an Infiniti dealer for a buyer's check. I paid for the check, which was $125. They found several maintenance i purchased the car, I took the car to an Infiniti dealer for a buyer's check. I paid for the check, which was $125. They found several maintenance items such has brakes, and tires, engine air filter, and cabin air filter that needed to be changed. I used that as a leverage to negotiate a price on the vehicle. I was also missing a wheel cap and the navigation DVD, and they signed a "we owe you" slip and it was promptly mailed to me within two weeks of my purchase. Overall, I think the experience was not bad at all. My salesperson Jay, and the sales manager Noah were very friendly about the whole negotiation process. I also worked with Chad regarding the paperwork, and he was very friendly. I also met Rick the other day when I went in for some paperwork, and he was joking around with me as well. I think I would definitely go back and purchase another car from this dealership. I think since the dealership is under a different management structure, it seems like they are doing pretty well. I think they have a bad rep from the past, but I think they have seriously revamped their attitude and customer service. The only word of advice I have working with these guys is that do your research before going in to buy a car. Thats what I did, and I think I got a great deal out of it. More
I purchased an RX 400 from the LuxuryMotors, by O'hare recently. this is my first car from this dealership, and my experience has been great. The staff is friendly, the paperwork was in order and the whol recently. this is my first car from this dealership, and my experience has been great. The staff is friendly, the paperwork was in order and the whole process was smooth. Best of all, the price for the car was great, after doing the research online and visited the local dealers, their price was $1500.00 less than any other car (with similar mileage/options). they pulled a carfax report for me without me asking. These guys know their stuff, I would definitely buy again from this dealership. More
First of all when you buy a used car it is that a used car. People fail to realize sometimes dealerships get automobiles that look in great shape, but the previous owner did not reveal all what was really car. People fail to realize sometimes dealerships get automobiles that look in great shape, but the previous owner did not reveal all what was really wrong with a car. Besides I work with million dollar vehicles and they are not always reliable. I brought my first car from LM in August of 2008 it operated just fine with no problems, the salesperson at that time was Sean who was great since I was from Michigan, he took care of everything being a professional salesman. This year i needed another automobile since Sean had left the dealership, I was fortunate enough to get his cousin Imron, now this is what I call personal service I simply described myself over the phone for about a minute and he was able to fill in the blanks who i was in detail about me and my wife. So if a salesman can remember me, who only met me once after 8 months is a salesman that I want forever. Far as Chad in financing goes he did an outstanding job taking care of the financing for both automobiles and ensuring I got the most for my trade in the first time. So in summary, for those who have a problem doing business with LM, I agree go right ahead and go to the big name dealerships with your business so you can get those big automobile prices, cause that is what broufght you to LM in the first place you are not going to beat their prices. Imron keep up the good work I have no problem at all with Chad and the rest of the LM team. More
I brought in my 1999 911 Carrera for service in November 2009. The car needed a transmission rebuild. I had purchased the vehicle from Luxury Motors in November 2008 and bought an extended warranty on the car at the time of sale. The service department took care of everything. I did not have to pay anything for the repairs (which were approximately $5500). Vic in service worked with the warranty company and inspector to ensure that everything was covered. They also gave me a good deal on a clutch job while the transmission was out of the car. I recommend the service department for any repairs. They made sure the money I paid for the extended warranty went to good use. More

I purchased a 2007 BMW Z4 Coupe from Luxury Motors O’Hare in May 2008. The car had low mileage and was in excellent condition. Because I had read several negative reviews about Luxury Motors (LM) online an in May 2008. The car had low mileage and was in excellent condition. Because I had read several negative reviews about Luxury Motors (LM) online and was researching from out of state (Georgia) I was very cautious in dealing with them. In fact, based on the reviews I had read including an article on how they were being investigated by the State of Illinois I only dealt with LM because their price was so much better than I could find anywhere else. Prior to purchase, I went to my local BMW dealership and they ran the VIN through their system and were able to tell me all the car’s production features and all warranty work that had been done on the car. Having BMW run the report also ensured me that the car I was buying did indeed still qualify for the manufacturer’s warranty. Of course, LM provided the CarFax for the car which lined up with the information from BMW. In addition, I hired CarChex to send an inspector on site and inspect the car. I was able to speak with the CarChex inspector after the inspection and he assured me he had checked for flood damage and evidence that the car had not been wrecked. The Luxury Motors sales person, Hani Harb, was very responsive throughout the process and gave me no hassles in getting the car inspected or answering my questions. When I flew to Chicago from Atlanta to do a personal inspection and purchase the car LM sent a limo to pick me up at the airport and had the car cleaned and ready when I arrived. In purchasing the car I dealt with Rich Abbas, brother to the company’s president, and he was excellent and responsive later when I called back and had questions about my paperwork. I did have a disappointment when I realized the car did not have the Premium Package as stated on the LM web site. The car had elements of the premium package (power seats) but not all the features of the Premium Package. However, because I had my local BMW dealership run the VIN on the car prior to purchase I had the car’s official feature list and still determined that it was a good deal albeit not exactly as advertised. I imagine that when LM posts a car to their site they copy/paste a generic set of features in the description and probably do not take great lengths to ensure that the information is correct. I do not think they purposely tried to mislead potential buyers. Regardless, in buying a used car the buyer should personally verify all information presented. Overall, I had a good experience and would buy from LM again albeit with the same level of inspection. More
