This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, I hope any new clients they encounter read this before they also become taken advantage of. This is a copy of the email I sent to them after being stuck with this sad excuse of a car for over a year. It has cost me more than $5000 in repairs, when the car is only worth $4000. In addition, four months out of the year that I owned the car I was unable to drive it due to the repairs. I purchased a 2004 Saab 9-5 aero a little over a year ago from your Mesa location. Since then i have had nothing but problems with the car. I have spent well over what the vehicle is actually worth in repairs. I have had to continuously go in and out of your repair shop, as well as oth repair shops. I'm absolutely sick and tired of the vehicle, every time I took it into your dealership they said the problem was fixed and just about a month or two later I would find myself with the same problem or another one. The quality of your products and services are without a doubt, the worst I have ever encountered. I am beyond disappointed and I will make it my goal to inform any individual seeking a vehicle to stay far far away from your company. More
