It's refreshing to have a service advisor who's an enthusiast and genuinely cares about customers and their VW vehicles. It is always a pleasure to visit the service dept at Burnsville VW. The facility is good and the people are attentive. They called earlier to offer special deal on an oil change and advised ahead of time of date and time. All employees were very friendly and efficient. The place is immaculate, including bathrooms. Jeremy always takes the extra step. I came in with a few coupons and he was able to make all of them work even though I was grateful if one worked. That extra step made my day.
