And when we agreed on the services and the cost, she called while car was being repaired to reduce the cost by $300 as a seal we thought was needed turned out to be okay. Always feel special there and they always go above and beyond. Have never felt ripped off or forced to make a questionable repair. Everything was great except that I was told it would only take an hour, maybe an hour and fifteen minutes, to complete the 80,000 mile check up on my 2007 Passat. It was really over two hours.
