This is an excellant dealer and about as good as they come. On December 31st in the early afternoon, my Volkswagen CC showed a Engine problem code. I did not have an appointment and met with Brad Knudson to explain my service problem. Brad arrived to share the need for a warranty repair that needed to be done on January 2nd. Linda quickly arranged for a loaner car and sent me home to my family. I returned on the 2nd only to be greeted by both Brad and Linda. While Brand was explaining the details of my repair, Linda made arrangements for my car to be brought up to the front door and warmed up. It was 2 below zero! Our family has been using BV VW service for years. We love our VWs and the service we get at Rudy Luther's BV Volkswagen is always amazing. For example, at the time of our last visit, our extended warranty was about to expire, so we asked our service rep - Sandie - to check out a suspected AC issue (even though it's the middle of winter). In order to do this thoroughly, she had to keep the car inside, overnight, in order to trigger the AC to activate. At no cost to us - she gave us a loaner so that we were not inconvenienced at all. Then, due to her diligence, the mechanic did find an issue, and even better, it was covered under our extended warranty. Sandie saved us $900 by finding the issue BEFORE the warranty ended. We couldn't ask for better service! More
